Fenghuang Hotels with Pools

The hotel has very convenient transportation. You can take the shuttle bus from the Maglev Station to the hotel entrance. The hotel is located next to Fenghuang Ancient City. The room is not big and the bathroom is very clean, but the facilities are a bit old. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic, upgraded the room for free, and gave us ginger candies before leaving, which was very heartwarming. Breakfast is relatively simple, but filling.

Fabulous stay at Snowy & Sunny home stay. Staff are all very friendly n helpful. We r served with ginger tea at checkin n checkout. Also served with warm milk in the evening. Very thoughtful gesture. We were also given detailed instruction of how to tour the old town area n where best to take photographs. Location is abt 1-2km outside of old town area, but there is free shuttle bus that took us there. We were upgraded to a suite. Huge bedroom n living room n bathroom. Spacious n clean n very tasteful decor. Breakfast consisted of noodles, congee, dumplings, soybean milk n fruit. Very yummy. Highly recommended home stay!! 👍👍👍

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

Great staff, friendly but professional. Especially thanks to those young ladies in Mao's costumes. They provided valuable information about how to make the most out of our time in Fenghuang Ancient Town, including the best time to see the night-time activities, and where to eat. One the the lady walked us to the stairs/walkway so we can walk to the Town. Before she turned back, she advised us to take a taxi to the hotel due to the walkway will to too dark to walk and unsafe. The room is big with an electric kettle but no tea bag or coffee provided. The breakfast buffet had variety with both Chinese and Western foods.

The first time I took my son on a trip after the epidemic was to the ancient city of Fenghuang. The high-speed rail is very convenient and has direct access to Shenzhen North. The hotel is very beautiful, the space is large, and the room is also very spacious. It is not very small like the hotels I have stayed in before, and I am very clean. I am satisfied and my son is also very excited. What a happy trip!

The room is clean and hygienic, the transportation is convenient, the proprietress is very enthusiastic to make tea with us around the stove, and the housekeeper also carefully explained to us the check-in places in the ancient city. The children were full of surprises when they entered the house. In the words of the children, this house is really low-key luxury and connotation. Hahaha, indeed, when they entered the hospital, it was a normal residential area, but when they entered the house, it was unexpectedly big. It should be a party hall before. The hotel has specially arranged a business car to pick up and drop off to ensure safety and comfort. Thank you to the hotel general manager and deputy general manager. Picture 2: Praise for the night view, it’s worth a visit Picture 3: Waiter at the restaurant on the 3rd floor of the hotel. We went to the restaurant for dinner at 2.30pm. We were afraid that we would get hungry by the time we waited, so we immediately arranged for fruits and low-sugar sour plum soup (we were especially mindful of our figures and we probably don’t like to drink too sweet drinks). In addition, special thanks to the kind lady who moved stools and cleaned for us and the handsome concierge at the door who helped carry our luggage.

The location of the homestay is very good! Compared with a lot of this one! High cost performance! Great space! The facilities of the room are actually the same as star hotels! The service is better than the hotel! What kind of warmth is giving people's family! You can see the whole river view from the room! It looks better at night, I forgot to take it! It was my first time to come to Phoenix and I was quite satisfied. I saw this hotel online and saw that it was newly opened. I liked exploring the hotel. The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service. After I got off the high-speed rail and was picked up from the hotel, the service was very friendly and the procedures were very easy. It’s fast and can be picked up at the Nanhua Gate of the ancient city. The room is clean and tidy, and it’s a smart home controlled by Tmall Genie. My room also has a balcony, and I can see the river without any needles. Next time, bring me Huizi to stay, hahaha
