It was a good discover. The place is stunning, the pool really cool and the restaurant superlative. To be improved the communication (complicated to have feedbacks on my emails before going) and overall quite disappointed by the spa that didn’t have any locker room and was really under the expectations.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Notre chambre située au clos des vignes était très agréable, même si en dehors du château. Le personnel est charmant. Le SPA est très bien. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir. A noter que les cocktails servis au bar étaient excellents.

Extrêmement reposant, personnel à l’écoute et directeur très présent et agréable. Magnifiques ruines à visiter, le décors a l’intérieur du château nous a transporté. Très chaudement recommandé pour une escapade d’un week-end pour se détendre au spa et marcher autour du domaine

I booked this for my husband’s birthday after we’d spent a few days in the. Champagne region. We were upgraded to a premium room overlooking the pool which was prefect. The room was bright and airy with separate bathroom and loo, with a jacuzzi bath, shower and double sinks. The staff were so helpful and friendly, always willing to help, speak English or endure my broken French with an encouraging smile. We had dinner on the second night, the dining room was busy but the service was impeccable, the staff were so attentive you could hardly tell they were busy. The meal was delicious, we had the steak for two with every vegetable imaginable, all cooked perfectly. Great wine and a new cocktail to add to my list of favourites. We used the pool, which could have been a little warmer so I swam faster, were given complimentary use of the spa and even squeezed in a game of tennis on the courts. The setting was beautiful, to see the old chateau ruins at sunset was stunning. Perfect ending to a perfect holiday. Would love to go back.

We had an overnight stay here on the way to Switzerland. It is a stunning chateau against the backdrop of the castle ruins. The rooms were well equipped and the Chateau was beautifully authentic - we ate in the restaurant and could not fault the food, wine and of course the Bubbles 🥂 We would definitely stay again

This is supposed to be a five star hotel. Upon arrival with 36 McLaren super cars which was pre booked and having been told the whole chateau had been exclusively booked out to us, we were greeted with most unhelpful and miserable staff I have ever encountered. The service was appalling along with the food and also they did not have anywhere near enough drink to serve us all. This was the last stay on our magnificent driving holiday and was supposed to be the best hotel to end the tour on. Not so! We stayed in 5 other hotels during our 8 day holiday and this was by far the worst. Will not stay there again nor will I recommend it.

Week-end merveilleux . Le personnel est chaleureux ,professionnel et disponible . La chambre (numero 5) avec terrasse était superbe donnant sur les ruines du château médiéval . Nous avons pu tester le spa qui est intimiste et pratique tandis que le soin du corps massage extra !
