其實這個酒店非常的漂亮，但是我覺得這個酒店的管理比較差，設施也有點老，尤其是電梯的地毯，非常臭惡臭，麻煩請清洗一下，其他都挺好的

On se croirait dans un conte des milles et une nuits. Les patio sont spectaculaires. La piscine extérieure est entouré d’un écrin de verdure. La piscine intérieure est entourée de colonne monumentales de zelliges beige et blanc. Nous avons profiter de soins sur mesure autour de méthode detox et anti-âge. Nous avons rêvé le temps d’un week-end

Sublime propriété où se mêlent palmiers, oliviers, jasmin, végétation luxuriante, autour d’un imposant patio de zellige blanc et bleu. Coup de foudre pour le second patio abritant le SPA. Un havre de paix et de sérénité. Un hôtel unique qui vaut le détour. Nous avons passés un séjour magique. Un grand merci à tout le personnel. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

La destination idéale pour un séjour romantique. On se croirait dans un conte des milles et une nuits. On entre le Palais Sheherazade après avoir franchi une porte de bois sculpté. On arrive sur un gigantesque patio avec une piscine , des palmiers centenaires et une végétation luxuriante. Une véritable vitrine de l’artisanat marocain avec un sol en zelliges, des colonnes monumentales en zellige et plâtre sculptés, des murs en tadelakt. À droite du patio principal, un second patio avec un plan d’eau et des colonnes de sellier beige et blanches. Un palais minutieusement exécuté par les plus grands artisans. Un chef d’œuvre architectural. Les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté du lieu. Il faut s’y rendre pour comprendre. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du personnel qui nous a fait passer un séjour inoubliable

Le Palais Sheherazade est un formidable exemple d’architecture Hispano Mauresque Les patios sont d'un extrême raffinement et ont un charme fou. Le jardin vertical surplombant la piscine est splendide Durant notre séjour, nous déjeunions dans le Kiosque andalou. Les pieds dans l’eau. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très jolies. Plafonds de bois sculptés, colonnes en plâtre ciselés, lits à baldaquin et fenêtres aux verres colorés. Un décor de rêve !!!

zimmer und hotel mit reicher und wertiger ausstattung

sauberkeit in den aufenthaltszonen lässt teils massiv zu wünschen übrig (vogelredck auf böden, pools verdreckt und somit leider nicht benutzbar, ebenso wellnessanlage, dreckiges geschirr steht tagelang rum, küche ist ebenso verdreckt, in unserem zimmer fanden wir eine handtasche eines vorigen gastes (sagt viel zur reinigungskraft aus), )
personal ist zwar freundlich ist aber ohne jede führung was die obigen zustände erklärt. es gibt weder eine gouvernante noch chef de service. einen poolmaster haben wir während 3 tagen keinen gesehen.
anstatt zu putzen unterhalten sich die zimmermädchen lautstark auf den gängen.
aufgrund dieser umstände sind wir einen tag früher abgereist; überflüssig zu erwähnen, dass dieser tag nicht zurückerstattet wurde.
allessamt leider eines fünfsternhotels unwürdig.
