DARK. Our room was dark with only a small window to the exterior and poor interior lighting. The bathroom was also dark with poor lighting. The alleyway leading to the Riad has no lighting, we arrived at night and the alley was pitch black. We used the lights on our phones to help us find our way.
The breakfast area was pretty and the breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly, but could be pushy. I also did not like the spa services.

Nous avons réservé la prestation hammam & massage. C’était exceptionnel, l’accueil a été parfait, le personnel est adorable et mention spéciale pour Bouchra qui est juste PARFAITE. Elle a pris soin de nous, nous a chouchoutées, a été très douce et très gentille avec nous, souriante. Et pour le massage elle a des doigts de fée 🥰 la prestation est vraiment qualitative. Je reviendrai quand je reviendrai sur Fès je n’ai même pas envie d’aller ailleurs! C’est un amour et elle est très professionnelle. Le temps d’attente le temps que l’une et l’autre se fasse masser a été agréable aussi, dans le salon, avec un thé et des petits gateaux. Je recommande à 1000 %.

Sono venuto per portarmi via una stella che amavo, volevo prenderla al volo prima che cadesse, ma era già schiantata a terra. Sarà finita sotto la suola di qualche poveretto che senza rendersene conto se la sarà portata a casa per ridarle la luce che aveva perso, inconsapevole che una volta tornata a brillare sarebbe volata di nuovo in cielo per ripetere tutto da capo e poi di nuovo, ancora e ancora. Riad però fantastico, Houssine numero uno indiscusso di cultura e gentilezza, ci siamo divertiti, grazie a tutti, tornerò sicuramente con tantissimi amici pronti a fare baldoria.

Ryad elegante e ricco di fascino. Camere arredate elegantemente e dotate di ogni comfort, specie le suites. Il ristorante nel patio è incantevole; mangiato forse il miglior tajine della nostra permanenza in Marocco. Personale garbato e disponibile. Una esperienza molto piacevole

Tres bonne expérience au Riad Alya la chambre est confortable et propre, l’emplacement est très bien, proche de la médina. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et le petit déjeuner copieux. Merci pour votre accueil. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Ryad Alya was beyond beautiful. Our check in was handled by Houssen and I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was. He helped get our train tickets for the following day. He made sure we were happy and content with our beautiful upgraded room. He should be given every opportunity to advance in this profession. Houssen could teach a class on customer service!!

Week-end parfait ! Merci à Khalid et à toute l’équipe du Ryad pour leur accueil chaleureux et pour tous ces bons moments, nous reviendrons à coup sur pour notre prochain séjour à Fès. 5***** sur tout le séjour : pdej, repas, spa, massage, balade dans le moyen Atlas, ce fut vraiment un plaisir d’être venu au Ryad Alya et d’être reçu comme ceci. Fès est une magnifique destination. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
