Hotel was superb, on the 5th floor was OK until the lfts went ooo. 1 fixed reasonably quickly but pandemonium getting to our room. Still ooo when we left

I went down to Florence, Kentucky for work and a mini vacation, and I had a great experience! It's close to so many stores and restaurants so it's the perfect location!

The room was nice sized. With a large sectional couch. Had a little cove with a desk and a wet bar with microwave and mini fridge. Bedroom had a privacy screen to make it feel like 2 rooms. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. I only gave 4 stars because of being charged to park my car. I feel like if you are paying for a room, parking should be included. Especially in Florence, KY.

Never surprised by Hyatt Place. These hotels are so clean and updated, you will be pleased. I love the comfortable area to sleep or watch T.V. The rooms are easily configured for 5 to 6 people, if needed in a double bed suite.

This was a long weekend trip and first time to Kentucky. The hotel was centrally located with everything within minutes for grocery, restaurants, and shopping. This hotel was updated and clean and our room was nice except for a slightly neglected couch that squeaked on one side. We were very pleased at how comfortable the bed was and the spicy breakfast sausage option in the morning was a nice surprise and very yummy. I'm not a fan of where the bathroom sink was situated directly across the bed in instances where one gets up much earlier than the other and has to disrupt their sleep in the morning. I know many of these budget-friendly hotel chain options all have something similar. It's not a deal breaker but thought I'd mention it. And, just so you're not caught off-guard, you will have to pay for parking.

We had several issues with some elderly people we had with us. Rav went out of her way to accommodate us and make us happy. Don’t have enough good thing to say about her! Great employee!
