This was such a lovely room with pretty decor, the staff were friendly and kind. Had a pretty view and the location was perfect for site seeing and for the train station. Breakfast at the cafe was also great. Would definitely stay here again

First of all, it has the highest ceiling among the hotels I stayed in in Europe. I loved how spacious it was. The interior seemed to be the most modern! The location is also very good It's right between the station and the Duomo Cathedral. It was very convenient to move around It’s also close to the famous T-bone steak restaurant Dal Oster!

The location was great, the room was nice, and Maria at the reception was very kind and accurate. Breakfast at the cafe was included and I was very satisfied. Since it is close to restaurants and the central market, it is noisy until midnight, so it may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to noise. The room was spacious and our family of four could spend a relaxing time there.

The room was nice and tidy, everything was fine but it was quite noisy as it's in the middle of the city center. It's great as it's only a few minutes from the train station and sights but of course you got the noise from the road. Breakfast was down the road in a café which has been alright. Nothing too amazing but nice.

Arrived after the desk was manned but as given the three codes needed to enter it was easy. There is a lift as it’s on the third floor and a corridor either side of rooms with a code needed for entry, makes it feel much safer. We stayed in room 5 which is large and spacious and felt clean until the last night. We sat on the sofa bed for a few hours before bed and while sat there got bitten by bed bugs. We informed the lady on the desk at checkout the next morning and just got laughed at.

Good value for money. Rooms are spacious with kitchen facilities if you wish. Very clean. Daily service is friendly and thorough. Maria and team were very helpful, keeping in contact before and during our stay. We had a small problem due to our child’s illness during our stay and the team helped out, showed compassion and made it a whole lot better. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay here.

Very nice B&B for a truly fantastic city like Florence, we only stayed one night without meals and breakfast, the price seemed correct for our needs. spacious room, modern furnishings, but above all very clean and finally there is also the possibility of making a herbal tea/chamomile thanks to a kettle in the room.

We are delighted with our stay at B&B My Way. The staff are lovely, the room we were in was spacious, air conditioned and with a lovely round bed. Our room was ready before time. The hotel is very well located: 10 minutes on foot from most places to visit, at most 20 minutes when you want to go to the other side of the bridge, right next to the station which serves Pisa and Siena for example . The breakfast offered is in a pasticceria just down the building, there is something for everyone (pastries, sandwiches, fruit salad, juice, etc.). We have no complaints and highly recommend this hotel!

The B&B is located in an ideal position, near the S.M.N. (5 minutes on foot) and just 10 minutes walk between the markets from the heart of Florence! The environment is very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated, the staff is very kind and very helpful 🤩! The breakfast is good and rich and is made in a bar adjacent to the B&B where there is kindness and availability! What can I say, book with your eyes closed, I would stay there again!
