Great Hotel.  Excellent location and accessible to most attractions.  Pleasant check-in and can state that all staff were extremely nice and helpful.  Amazing room provided (complementary upgrade).  Kitchenette with sitting area, large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows.  Large bathroom with a massive spa bath.  I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very considerate service. They will help to call a taxi. Because it is a honeymoon trip, they also gave us a bottle of wine and decorated the room. Thank you. The location is also very good. It is very convenient to go to the church nearby. The breakfast is just average.

Posizione eccellente. Personale attento e molto cordiale. La struttura ristrutturata unisce il passato al contemporaneo e rende il soggiorno incantevole. La stanza ampia, curata nei particolari con materasso e Topper comodissimo.
La colazione è ottima. Se nella spa si aggiungesse qualche lettino relax in più e un bagno turco sarebbe superlativo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Excellent location. Attentive and very friendly staff. The renovated structure combines the past with the contemporary and makes for an enchanting stay. The large room, with attention to detail with a very comfortable mattress and topper.
The breakfast is excellent. If a few more relaxation beds and a Turkish bath were added to the spa it would be superb. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is located very close to Florence’s sights but not on a main tourist route and with some great restaurants nearby.  Rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean with modern bathrooms and USB power points.  The staff were friendly and the buffet-style breakfast included scrambled eggs along with fresh bread, cold meats, cheese, pastries, cereals, etc.  The spa (pool and sauna) is small but atmospheric and is limited to six people, so must booked at reception in advance.  There are no towels in the spa but I was told I can take them from my room, just wish I’d know that before I changed.  Our shower didn’t appear to have hot water so we had to switch-on the taps in both the shower and sink for the water to heat.  Once we'd been told this it wasn’t a problem, but we had to wait for an hour on our first night before maintenance arrived and explained.  Perhaps the receptionist will be told or it will be fixed for other guests?  There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the maid often forgot to leave any replacement tea/coffee or cream.  I know that’s a minor issue but when you have to queue at reception on multiple days to ask for more tea it becomes a little annoying.  When we return to Florence Casual Rinascimento will be our first-choice hotel, but I’ll pop some teabags in my case next time.

Staff was very attentive, polite and friendly.  Hotel room was spotless, spacious, tasteful and comfortable.  Breakfast was beautiful, food was delicious; dining areas were cheerful and clean. Pool was cool! Location in Firenza was central to everything we liked - all within short walking distance.  Our family of four walked here from the train station.  Francesco Fantozzi greeted us upon entering and he and team were so friendly and helpful! We bumped into him at a Stewart Copeland concert in Piazza della Santissima Annunziata and was was so kind and gracious!  This Hotel and Staff made our stay so memorable - we hope to return soon.

We stayed for three nights and this hotel was in a fantastic location for exploring Florence. Only a 10 minute walk to the Duomo but in a quieter area. Staff were very friendly, the pool was lovely to visit after a day exploring and the buffet breakfast was great. We would definitely stay again.
