The location is very good, next to the train station, and the breakfast is also good. But the facilities are too old, the room decoration and facilities are not very good, and the toilet lid is opened and hits the wall directly, which makes a loud noise

The location of this hotel is very convenient, and it is close to the train station and the cathedral. For tourists who travel independently, the location is very important. The room is spacious and the breakfast is good.

It was close to the train station and we stayed in a duplex for 4 people. The breakfast is delicious and the facilities are old-fashioned and clean. There is a restaurant across from the hotel. It's enough to walk to the Duomo Cathedral.

The whole hotel is small and exquisite, the breakfast is also good, the room is clean and tidy, it is worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is convenient. It takes more than five minutes to walk from the train station and ten minutes to the cathedral. Our room is a two-storey duplex structure with stairs. The upstairs leads directly to the balcony. The room is large and the roof is very high. It is a little bit downstairs in winter Cold. The breakfast is amazing. I only stayed for one night, and I didn't have a chance to try the surrounding restaurants. I will consider staying here next time.

Lovely hotel. Not excessively fancy, but beautiful in its own way. Very comfortable beds, great breakfast room with a great breakfast provided. Great coffee. We left each morning having slept well and fueled up on lots of breakfast choices. Short walk to/from Train Station. Nice neighborhood. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very artistic and well crafted hotel with fine detailing on little things like putting bedside candies, serving fruits in a jar etc. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants which tasted heavenly. Location of the hotel was excellent with train station, supermarket and tourist attractions all at a walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at this place.

I absolutely loved my stay here for so many reasons. It was close to the train station, it was on a quaint small street that was very quiet at night. I had a lovely good sized room that was very clean. Enjoyed my cappuccinos every morning and the staff was very friendly. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and the location was in the heart of it all.

A very pleasant quiet hotel. Friendly helpful staff. A good location with easy walking distance of all Florence’s attractions. Very close to the lovely Piazza Santa Maria Novella and the beautiful Basilica ; which is well worth a visit. Clean comfortable rooms and a good choice of breakfast.

My cousin and I stayed for four nights at Hotel Alba Palace in October and loved location near the Santa Novella Piazza. There were good restaurants on the street and in the Piazza and easy access to the train station. We were within walking distance to the Duomo, Academia and great shopping. The women day staff were pleasant and helpful, the men on evening/night duty not so much. Room was comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony. We would recommend this hotel. Loved Florence!

Fantastic hotel. Really comfortable room and friendly, welcoming staff. The breakfasts were excellent and in a lovely setting. Hotel was really well placed just 400 metres or so from the train station (SMN). Couldn’t have asked for a better all round location. The only minor downside was the water temperature in the shower was unstable at times. Fairly easily corrected, but something to remember!

We spent three nights in room 201. Whilst it's a 3 star hotel, the convenience of the location (short walk to train station, Piazza Santa Maria Novella and 100m to SMN Farmacia - THE best perfumery in Italy), the comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast, great aperitivo and attentiveness of the staff made it a five star experience for us. We have stayed elsewhere in Florence in the past but would return here over the others.

Don’t let the seemingly scruffy street fool you. This hotel is a little gem. We had a room for 3 of us facing the inner courtyard so it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice and nightly happy hour was a nice touch. The only negative were the sliding doors to the bathroom which didn’t do much to give user privacy and the bathroom itself which was teeny tiny. But I would stay here again no doubt.

Just Perfecto! The service is friendly, welcoming and they are happy to accommodate your request. Our accommodation were outstanding! We had a 2story quad which was the best for our family of 4. The bed was so comfortable- what a respite after a long day of pounding the pavement. The bathroom was spacious with 2 sinks, bidet and shower you could really spread out. The bonus a roof top table to take in the fresh air with solitude. Breakfast offered a variety of food, coffee just ok. The daily happy hour is a great way to meet fellow travelers and enjoy good conversation. Ima give 5 stars!
