Very clean and well maintained hotel, just outskirt florence city center, breakfast was great, hospitality at its best 👍  Ask for top floor for best window view

The hotel is great. Room is spacious. Plenty of parking slot. I’d suggest to drive here because there’s not much public transportation nearby.

It's very nice and clean. Loved the service and the food specially the seafood salad

Really convenient location, close to Nuovo Pignone and with quick and easy connection to the city centre. Huge car park and tasteful breakfast, i don't have anything to complain.

Very nice hotel The staff is really nice and was very helpful with us. There’s a train station close by the hotel which is 5 minutes away from Florence main station. From where you can easily go to Pisa or other places. Big parking for free The swimming pool is also nice (if it’s not included in your price it costs 14€/pax to access it) We had dinner at the restaurant once, nice plates but too salty for us

Very good hotel if you travel with car and want to enjoy the city.

Hotel was excellent.. Only the location is like 7-8 mins walking after getting down the bus. In the night time it is a bit uncomfortable but the hotel itself is a 5/5

Bedding is not comfortable but it's very clean. Even though it's 3km away from town area, but the frequency of public transport can be 20 minutes or 1 hour.

The hotel is quite and lovely

The main advantage of this facility is definitely the convenient, large parking lot without the need for reservation (you can leave your car in the underground parking lot or in front of the building). The breakfast offer was not very diverse for us, and the quality of the products left much to be desired - artificial cold cuts, fake juices, even scrambled eggs were not tasty. As in most hotels in Italy, the room was not equipped with a coffee/tea set, glasses, cups, mineral water. The hotel only offers 2 plastic cups. We recommend having your own cosmetics for washing and care - the hotel only provides a small bar of soap and x2 shower gel 25 ml. The soundproofing of the rooms is not the best, without earplugs it was difficult for us to bear the evening conversations of neighbors, snoring behind the wall or crying children. When it comes to cleanliness, it would not be bad if not for the thick layer of dust on the valances and lamp frames. The service was great - we had a quick check-in and check-out, housekeeping was always on duty and helpful.

Walk 10 minutes from the train station (Santa Maria Novella), take bus No. 23 (1.7Eu per person), get off and walk 5 minutes to the hotel. The room is very big and there is a supermarket next to it. It is best to buy more water. The buffet breakfast is very rich. The yard is very big, with more than 20 cars from different European countries parked. There are also several tourist buses picking up people in the morning. It feels more suitable for self-driving tours

It was nice to be able to check in early, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the elevator noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep, and for a breakfast that cost 10 euros, there wasn't anything worth eating.
