We loved our stay. Perfect location for sight seeing. Very central. Amazing roof top views over the city, attractions and river. Good variety at breakfast and great coffee. Comfy bed and spacious room.

The hotel's location is marvelous as it has a good view of the whole city and it's close to the river, I think it i've read its history as the 13th.

Absolutely amazing stay

The location is great, right at the bridgehead where Jay Chou took the photo of the Ponte Vecchio, and downstairs from the luxury street. Dior and Ferragamo are downstairs, and LV is 200 meters away. The Ponte Vecchio, Duomo dei Fiore, Uffizi Gallery, Academy Gallery and Pitti Palace are all within walking distance. There is a church next to it, and we even encountered a church wedding. The 7th floor terrace where we had breakfast had a view of the river, the bridge and the Pitti Palace in the distance, which allowed us to feel the charm of Florence described by Xu Zhimo at a glance. The facilities and services are old-fashioned, solemn and slow. The restaurant waiters kept a polite distance from Chinese tourists and did not actively ask if they wanted coffee. The turndown service was timely and serious. Overall, it was a very satisfactory hotel

The most disgusting hotel. When we checked in, we were told that they made a mistake and changed us to another hotel of their group, saying that the star rating was the same. We trusted them and dragged our luggage on the gravel road for 10 minutes to arrive. After checking in, we found that the hotel of nearly 4,000 yuan had become a guesthouse. We contacted Ctrip immediately to ask for a change of hotel, but were told that the hotel replied that we had checked in and could not refund. Nonsense, how would we know that we fell into the trap if we didn't check in? We tossed from 19:00 to more than 21:00 that day to no avail, so we had no choice but to stay. The next day, Ctrip gave us some compensation, but my trip and experience in Florence were ruined by that *** at the front desk.

The hotel is in a very good location! Right by the river of the old bridge. It is upstairs from all the luxury stores, and it is very convenient to go shopping downstairs. It is within 10 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Central Market and other attractions! The hotel service staff is quite professional, not too enthusiastic, but they also provide the due service. The room is decorated in a typical British palace style, with old style facilities. You can see the square by opening the window, overlooking Santa Maria del Fiore, and listen to the church bells. Luxry room is 2000 yuan/night, which is generally recommended! !

Located in the center of Florence, by the river, the hotel itself is an ancient building, well preserved, and downstairs is the luxury street. The room is very large, exquisitely decorated, typical European style, from curtains to furniture and wallpaper are bright yellow and light green. There is a beautiful view of the Arno River outside the window. The bathroom has a shower and a separate oversized massage bathtub. The room is well soundproofed and quiet. The rooftop terrace is awesome, and the view of Florence at sunset is no less than that of Piazzale Michelangelo. The rooftop bar is also great. In short, highly recommended 👍🏻

The hotel has no advantages except for its good location near the Bridge of Sighs. The breakfast is inedible, the bread is old and there is no fresh jam.
