It's a very nice hotel. The staff are very warm and friendly. Because I couldn't download the APP for swiping the room card, they specially replaced the physical room card for me, which was very considerate! Later, I had to catch a flight early in the morning and didn’t have time to say goodbye! I put the room card in the glass jar on the reception desk, hoping to see it!

The environment is clean and the decoration is new, but it is a bit troublesome to download the app to unlock when going in and out, and the app malfunctioned once. Another shower gel is very fragrant

Very good everything. Very close to the airport, very clean. Ease of arrival at any time, with electronic check-in. Full recommended ☺️

I liked it very much. Convenience and toiletries very welcome, we will be back.

酒店衞生不錯，服務也還可以，但位置不太好，巷道太長，拖着行李很不方便。

Definitely geared to a younger clientele. Requires download of a phone app. Your phone is your door key, indeed your access to property if arriving late. Good, if limited, menu available. We chose it for its proximity to the airport, but it did not really satisfy my standards as airport-adjacent, since we had to use a taxi anyway (no shuttle).

Even though I had trouble accessing my electronic key, the staff were amazing at helping me when I arrived. I had a lovely dinner at the bar and enjoyed my brief stay.

Wonderful host, very helpful for two gray hairs who are not terribly savvy with technology. Comfortable room, very pleasant lobby area and bar.

Hotel Franchi was not a great place to stay at. The staff is ok but the hotel itself is not. The elevator is tiny. Barely big enough for 3 Adults without any luggage. For my family of 4 we had to take the elevator 3 trips up and down just to get our 4 suitcases into our room. Room was small as most rooms are in Europe so no surprise there. But you will hear everyone come up and down the hallway all night long. We didn't sleep well at all there. Plus the area has many outside noises that you will also hear quite often. The room itself is cold. Adjusting the thermostat was futile. Heater would turn itself off after only a couple of minutes. But room would still be cold. You would expect the heater to work once it got cold outside. Lastly, breakfast was very limited even for a full breakfast. No eggs, not even hard boiled eggs available. No Milk either. But to say one thing nice is that their bar is fully stocked. But that didn't help my family. Never choosing this hotel again.
