The room was very clean and the location of the hotel was just amazing

We booked a deluxe room at the same time as my friend but only my friend got a bottle of welcome Champagne and the room facing the river, we had neither.

There’s a few facilities that’s not working/ spoilt in the room but the hotel is kind enough to send someone to fix it but this is compensated by the great location and also the helpful staff.

Location: The hotel is located next to the Old Bridge. Generally speaking, it is very convenient to go to various attractions. Environment: This hotel looks good, but the decoration inside the room is very simple and the quality of the things used is very average. There are very few desks where you can put things, which is not very convenient. Cleanliness is average. Service: When we checked in at the front desk, there was a young receptionist from Florence, who didn't feel particularly good. When we arrived around 2:10, he said the room was not ready. We were asked to wait until after 2:30 to check in. But other white travelers checked in very quickly. I don’t know if it was because the room types were really different or for other reasons. The most outrageous thing is that on the second night of my stay, the hotel suddenly stopped running water. I was taking a shower at that time, and my pig teammate fell asleep again. I called the front desk to ask, and the front desk said they had never encountered this problem before, and the entire building was without water. Fine, you can only wait for the water to come and then rinse away the foam. This process took about 30 minutes. The water pressure that came later was also very unstable, and the air flow in the water pipes was very loud, which sounded quite scary. There is also a charge for the mini bar, and the hangers are of poor quality, so be careful when using them.

The room was spacious and open. The road from the station to the hotel is a bit far when carrying a suitcase, as Florence has cobblestone streets and narrow sidewalks. However, the location was very convenient for accessing all the tourist sites, so I was able to plan my trip well. As soon as you leave the hotel, you'll be on the Arno River, with beautiful views of the Ponte Vecchio.

The hotel has a convenient location and is within walking distance to major attractions. The deluxe room type is in the main building. The room facilities are relatively new and spacious, and the bathroom has a bathtub.

The room was large and clean, with sufficient heating. It was right by the bridge and very close to all attractions. I stayed there for two nights and it was the most comfortable hotel in the entire Italy trip. It only took 20 minutes after I got off the train and dragged my luggage. I will stay here again next time I come, it is worthy of five-star recommendation, but the front desk is not so friendly.

The room view is very good. I booked two rooms in total. They are in different buildings. One of them is modern and nice.

I don’t want to say anything else. We booked two nights. Due to flight delay, we arrived at noon the next day. I thought that since we had booked these two nights, we could check into the room for the next day early if we checked in at noon. The hotel canceled our two-night stay without any contact or confirmation! And all of them were reserved for other customers! The fee is charged in full and there is no refund for one night! Later, we communicated with the platform for a long time, and the platform gave a symbolic refund of about 1/4 of the room fee.
