The environmental facilities are average and the overall hygiene is pretty good. It's about 3 kilometers away from the city center and it takes 41 minutes to walk. It's more convenient to take a taxi. It takes about 20 minutes. It's not bad in Florence.

This hotel was definitely not 4 stars, I would give it 2 at most. The shower was filthy. There was something disgusting stuck to the shower wall, I tried taking a photo but the wall was beige and my phone camera not the best. Obviously they do not clean the shower between one guest to another. I also left a very precious necklace behind, realised almost immediately and emailed them. They didn't even respond. Add in the familiar Italian habit of not giving you guest information, so I had to go back down to reception to ask what the number for reception was. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Our flight was cancelled and we were put up at this hotel by the airlines. After staying in a top rated hotel during our Florence vacation, this failed on a few levels. Most notably, the front desk staff, with their lack of communication skills were very dismissive. The room as adequate, nothing fancy but the bed was comfortable. Staying at this hotel was a disappointing way to end our vacation in Italy!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Food options limited & poor quality- had to send back uncooked fish; restaurant manager pulled a face and clearly didn’t believe me. Took 3 requests to get air conditioning fixed. Different power points within a room, so one universal converter may not fit all. Duty manager very rude and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs!

The hotel didn’t provide us with the basic thing No kettle for hot water in our room for coffee or tea. The desk service wasn’t welcoming as they should be, breakfast was so poor.Room wasn’t clean as should be too. It wasn’t a pleasant to stay there for couple days.

Check in and staff were wonderful. I was traveling alone and was put in a very small room with an even smaller bed. I am 6-1” and my feet were off the bed almost to my knees. I immediately tried to change rooms but was told that because I was single there was nothing else available. The air conditioning was not cooling my room so in the middle of the night, I opened my window. I woke up with at least 20 mosquito bites.
The hotel’s location was great, close to St. Mark’s Square. I think the hotel should invest in larger beds for single travelers.

Lovely hotel.
Unfortunately they do not offer airport transfer even though it is advertised on the website.
I had a worried few moments at 4 am when I was told although they had tried phoning a taxi was not available. With no tram running at that time I was inisistant they tried again, luckily with success, otherwise I would have missed my flight!
I didn’t need that stress!
