Вежливый персонал, направили всю информацию до заселения, сам отель находится в минуте ходьбы от центрального собора, в центре, очень удобно, два дня ходили пешком - все в шаговой доступности. В номере не было кондиционера, окна не открывались, поэтому нужно учитывать погодные условия.

O hotel é prlivilegiado na localização , o atendimento para o cheking foi muito eficaz , durante o dia tem recepção mas sem serviço de quarto. Essa é a minha segunda vez no hotel, ele só precisa melhorar a estrutura da escadaria e paredes do quarto, o melhor e ser pet frendily

The property is located in a very central place which is the only positive. However, our room was very outdated. We struggled to find a working socket to charge our phones in the room. There were drilling and hammering noise at 8 a.m. We paid for the accomodation to get some rest, but it was impossible due to the construction noise. Lights were flickering too. The room looked worse than in the photos online - very old and small.

The location is perfect! Just a few steps to where the action is but far enough from the noise of the evening crowd. Looks like the room is newly renovated. The bathroom is squeaky clean with new fixtures and fittings. The room is cleaned everyday. The reception is located at the second floor. There is no elevator so you need to bring your luggage up the stairs. It is not an issue but just a useful information. Thank you Meg and your husband. You made our stay in Florence truy amazing. Will definitely book again with you.

The location of the acomodation is incredible, it's just next to the Catedral. There are many restaurants and bars around, and a Carrefour express, where you can buy drinks and food. Our room and bed was huge, and super comfy! The bathroom served perfectly, especially the shower with amazing hot water :) we had a fridge, kettle, aircom and some tea in the room what was a really nice extra. Everything was absolutely clean and spot on. There was no noise in the room, we could sleep perfectly. The breakfast was really good as well, the caffe was very tasty and the food good. The costumer service is the absolutely best, they want to be sure that you're comfy and happy. They contact you on WhatsApp, they give you information about the city, nice ideas etc. Before we arrived to the acomodation, I mentioned them that we went to celebrate our anniversary, so they prepared even a Proseco to our room. With the check out they were absolutely flexibley we could leave our room at 14:00 o'clock without any extra fee. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely return!!! Thank you!!! :)

The only good thing about the structure is its location near the cathedral, old and smelly structure, I don't understand how you manage to have 4 balls on Tripadvisor, nothing like the photos shown, bathroom without bidet, shower with towel unlike the one shown in the photos, radiator which continues to leak water with the risk of slipping, sign on the toilet prohibiting throwing toilet paper in the toilet otherwise it will clog insufficient cleaning no lift structure too old and not renovated current plug box not working Delka loose wires electricity and gas pipes for the structure …. Environment full of mosquitoes, rooms obviously not isolated, the only positive thing is the location in the cathedral... don't be fooled

The hotel is horrible, when I arrived I opened the door and the smell of sewage is terrible. Next to it are full plastic bags. The reception is on the 1st floor, there is no one. They communicate by WhatsApp. The room cannot be They correspond to those on the Booking platform. The worst thing was the bathroom, the toilet was dirty with the remains of poop. When the button was pressed, all the paper and the remains of fecal matter would go up. Since there is no one, I complained through Watsap and they told me It was clean. If you want to spend a night of terror book here.

From horror movies We are 3, two nights, two double rooms. Already from the entrance we are dismayed and the doubt that we had taken "the only one" creeps in and inexorably and quickly grips the mind of each of us. Narrow and steep staircase, neglected environment, all seasoned with an unheard-of stench in the air, a mix of sewage and mold, accompanied by the candid vision of white bags full of dirty laundry deposited on sight and to the bitter end as if they were a TROPHY . After check-in, already traumatized by the entrance, we discover the rooms… And there too, the smell of death is persistent and even more intense in what approaches a “bathroom”. Poor hygiene in general, very rough cleaning. Desperate attempt by the owners to use two different types of air fresheners. One placed in the socket under a bedside table. The other "intermittent spray" positioned in the bathroom. Both harmful to human breathing in a small room, mixed with the unbearable stench, created an unbreathable air. But let's get to the gem of the room, his majesty "THE BATHROOM". You could practically not move, ABSENT bidet, shower with fixed shower head on the wall without movable hand shower, polystyrene panels on the ceiling full of mold, worn sanitary ware, holes in the tiles, nothing like the photos of the bathrooms published on the site, a false! The very basic room, very uncomfortable pillows and unstable and dangerous power sockets. A lot of dust present, I'm allergic to mites, I woke up the day with a swollen face and discomfort in the eye area. The icing on the cake is breakfast: not present inside the hotel but outside in a bar opposite where the king of BURBERI sits on the throne. At 7:30 we go to breakfast at the partner bar but the bar was closed! so we decide to go to another place for breakfast, clearly for a fee. We return to the bar which has an agreement with our hotel at 10 for a coffee, we inform the owner of the bar that we were guests of the hotel, he immediately presses us back in a bad way for the time, stating that "we must go to breakfast by 9 am”. We point out, also raising our tones, that we actually went there at 7:30 and that the bar was closed. All this in the presence of other bar customers. Forced by the bad impression made and now with our backs against the wall, the owner invites us to take what we want, a pity that there was almost nothing available and also the quality of the products was discount (I took a branded ace juice "AMITA"). What to add?! 90 euros per room per night for this hellish hovel. The only plus point that keeps this business still standing is the central location. Ho soggiornato una notte con mia moglie e mia figlia, mi hanno assegnato una camera inesistente nella porta c'era scritta stanza privata la chiave della porta era la numero 6, ma la numero 6 era una stanza di fronte alla mia camera privata. A me hanno assegnato questa camera con la scritta privata era un tugurio bagno piccolissimo per farsi la doccia bisogna asciugarsi fuori dal bagno, molto vergognoso. Questa camera dovrebbe essere eliminata dal booking Anche perché non la fanno vedere io avevo visto su booking altre camere. Ho richiesto il cambio camera mi è stato detto che ormai avevano assegnato tutte le camere, fin lì ci può stare perché l'ho richiesto non subito. Il problema è che questa camera non devono affittarla io ho speso €140 per una notte senza colazione per un tugurio almeno avere il buon senso di dare un buono per la colazione o dimezzare il costo della Camera. Faccio questa recensione per far capire di stare attenti quando si arriva in questa struttura. Sarebbe il caso fare una segnalazione anche voi da booking prenotazione all'ente proposto del turismo. L'unica nota positiva la posizione.

Siamo stati in questo B&B dal 2 al 4 febbraio. Dal punto di vista logistico il posto è ottimo, a due passi dal duomo ma in posizione leggermente defilata e quindi al riparo da schiamazzi notturni o altro. Di fronte, poi, c’è un mini market utile se dovete prendere qualcosa al volo tipo una bottiglietta d’acqua da tenere in camera. Ma le cose positive, per me, finiscono qui… 1) ci è stata assegnata una stanza che non aveva il numero, sulla porta c’era scritto “privato” (secondo me la usano i dipendenti…). La stanza non si vede nelle foto, ha un bagno microscopico e senza bidet… 2) la colazione era compresa (e già pagata) in un bar convenzionato, che si trova a dieci metri dalla struttura. Ottimo, peccato che il bar fosse chiuso tutte e due le mattine. Abbiamo ripiegato su altri bar vicini, ci era stato detto che saremmo stati rimborsati. Abbiamo speso circa 30 euro in due giorni. In realtà ci hanno solo compensato la tassa di soggiorno (20€) . Alla fine non sono stato lì a litigare per i 10 o 15 euro che mi dovevano rifondere ma la correttezza e professionalità sono mancati. Non ci tornerò.

Piccolo albergo a due passi dal duomo. Noi avevamo prenotato la vigilia di Natale una camera doppia con bagno privato. Ci hanno assegnato una bella stanza molto ampia e ben riscaldata. Per la colazione la struttura ha una convenzione con il bar di fronte per caffè o cappuccino, spremuta e pasta. Prezzo €60 con le tasse su Booking, indubbiamente da consigliare.

La struttura è un pò vecchiotta ma tenuto conto della posizione, del pezzo e della gentilezza della signorina della reception che mi ha aspettato malgrado il ritardo del treno, merita le mie stelle. Colazione al bar essenziale ma assolutamente adeguata, nel mio caso cappuccino ed un croissant integrale ai frutti di bosco davvero buono. La stanza pulita un set di asciugamani adeguato, diversi prodotti di cortesia e bagno fatto credo di recente con doccia molto comoda. Letto molto comodo.
