Nice boutique hotel, room is outdated but can see the old charm, breakfast is really good and the ambiance is really nice :) overall is a good hotel writhing value !

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the old bridge; there are security staff at the door, so it's safe; the hotel is stylishly decorated inside and outside, and the rooms are nice. We booked what seems to be a gallery room. Although the layout is a little small, the facilities are complete and the hygiene is not bad. The room type and layout are classic and retro. The hotel gave us a room with a terrace, which is very nice and well-lit. The black tea for breakfast is very delicious! The restaurant is not big but very beautiful! Except for the slightly less choices for breakfast, it's generally good.

From the moment we arrived at the Gallery Hotel Art, it was clear we had made a wise choice. The property is very well maintained, and the library space, where the breakfast is served, is delightful. Make sure to check the view from the bottom of the artful stairwell, where the painted feet are located, looking up. The young gentleman who handled our check in was courteous, professional and on top of his game. We were traveling with my mother-in-law and our rooms were right near each other, as we had requested. The rooms were well appointed, beyond what one might expect at this price point, and sparking clean. The breakfast each morning of our stay was wonderful, and we didn’t find it necessary to order hot breakfast items, which were extra, but they’re available for those that have to have a hot breakfast. And back to the staff, every single person we interacted with during our stay were exceedingly helpful, with wonderful demeanors. The location of the property is probably 50 yards from the Ponte Vecchio, so it’s very convenient to most everything you might want to visit. The rooftop bar patio also has a wonderful view of the nearby rooftops and Giotto’s Bell Tower. I could not recommend this place more highly!

Very nice hotel with great service. Rooms were clean and water was provided. We also received little treats when the rooms were turned down. Very little noise with the exception of me snoring! Front desk staff was wonderful. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Florence.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary by taking a trip to Paris, Florence, and Rome. My husband and I 100% agree the highlight was our stay in Florence, in large part due to our experience at Gallery Hotel Art. The location couldn't have been more ideal, the staff was amazing, and the room? PERFECT. We had a deluxe room with terrace and it was breathtaking. Of all the cities we visited, we agree Florence is the place to which we'd enthusiastically return and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We'd give Gallery Hotel Art a higher-than-five rating if we could.

We had a wonderful stay while on family vacation to Florence. The hotel is perfectly located right at the end of the Ponte de Vecchio, yet tucked away to feel private and exclusive. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite, which was superb. The bed and linens were great. the walk-in shower was spacious and had terrific water pressure. The amenities of the room were all top notch, and the massive walk-out, multi-level roof-top terrace gave jaw-dropping view of Florence! The staff went out of their way to make the entire experience feel special. I would whole-heartedly recommend Gallery Art, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Tucked away in the best location - right in the jewellery bridge. Felt safe for a solo female traveller. Rooms comfortable and breakfast lots of choice. Walked everywhere from this hotel. Highly recommend. Staff always able to recommend restaurants or walking routes.

I just returned from a fantastic three-night stay at the Gallery Hotel Art in Florence. The location couldn’t be better—everything was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Our rooms were lovely, and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Gallery Art and would love to stay there again!

Delightful small hotel with a great location to explore Florence. Museums, restaurants, and shopping are just steps away. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is nice for before or after dinner cocktail. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Florence, minutes away from some of the biggest attractions. Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The doormen or attendants were fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Really cool library/lounge in the hotel. If we weren't in such an interesting city could have spent half a day in their library.

We stayed at Gallery Hotel Art on two occasions in September. The location provides a bit of serenity from the hustle and bustle of Florence, while being close to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and lots of shopping. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and helped to arrange a cab for a 4am pick up. The Fusion Bar & Restaurant had a great menu and fabulous apperitivi! A special thanks to Paula in the bar for her excellent service and making us feel welcome!
