A hotel with great service. Drinks will be prepared when checking in, and you can choose freely. After checking in, the hotel staff will take you to the elevator and introduce the hotel facilities and bar, roof and other activity times along the way. It is very thoughtful and meticulous. The room is small and clean, and the bathroom is also very good. The location is even better, and it is convenient to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. I will choose this place next time I go to Florence.

I stayed in 3 hotels during this trip, and this is the one I am most satisfied with. It is very close to the train station, just a 5/6 minute walk away. The hotel's layout is retro and exquisite, and the service staff, especially the front desk, concierge and restaurant, are very friendly and kind. They greet each other every day, and will introduce nearby attractions in detail when checking in, and answer questions enthusiastically. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, with dry and wet separation, showers and baths, and double basins. The view from the rooftop on the 6th floor is superb

The best thing about the hotel is its location. Come out of the train station, walk down to the underground shopping mall, go straight to the end of the left side of the passage, go back to the ground along the left slope, cross the road, go straight and turn left at the first road, and the hotel is on the left in front.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights during the Chinese New Year and we were very satisfied! The location is very good, all attractions are within walking distance (the farthest Michelangelo Square is about 35 minutes away, it is OK to visit the city on the way back). Our room faced the atrium, which was very quiet. The breakfast is quite rich (you have to be able to adapt to European cold meats/cheese, etc.), and it was acceptable for us to eat it for 6 consecutive days. On the last day, we have to catch a flight at 6:30 in the morning, and the restaurant also provides lunch boxes, so it’s OK to have a full meal. The waiters at the counter/restaurant and in the room are very polite and worthy of praise! The hotel's lounge is quite atmospheric and can be used to relax. It's also very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk. It's also very convenient for a day trip to Pisa to see the Leaning Tower. We are considering coming back with our kids (the art treasures here are so worth it) and would choose this hotel again if we come again!

The room was very good, the bedding was white linen, ironed and crisp, the room was clean, tidy, warm and intimate. I will go again if I have the chance.

The hotel was originally a renovated castle and retains the collection of the original castle owner. The conference room in the hotel is classic and chic, very exquisite and warm, and the service is very attentive. The concierge will help book tickets for the museum. The cracked wall is recommended!

A relatively decent hotel, with a relatively small area and a somewhat dated feel to the facilities. The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooftop terrace is a bit sluggish due to the off-season. The attitude of the service staff was very good, but a bottle of champagne was placed in the room in ice cubes, and a card with blessings was written on it.
