25Hours Hotel Florence Piazza San Paolino Reviews

Perfect location for our second time in Florence. Loved this authentic, gritty neighbourhood. Since we were driving the ease of the attached subterranean garage was a blessing. So user friendly which ensured a totally seamless check in. The “Hell” themed garden room was epic! Creative interior design and a large space for all our suitcases. We loved listening to the birdsong in the mornings. We dined in the restaurant one night which was amazing!! I had a celeriac dish that was so delicious I wish the portion had been three times the volume! We’d been driving around Italy for five weeks by this point so for vegetables to feature on a menu in this way was much appreciated.

Good location with good service provided. Will definitely check in if im in this city again.

This hotel is a gem- would highly recommend to anyone. I'll plan to stay in other 25 hotels when traveling again.

Totally a new and charming experience

The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

Environment: The decoration of the room and public areas is very interesting. I made the right choice. I'm interested in the 25 Hours series. Service: Not bad. Maybe there were too many people in the room. Towels were not changed once. Overall OK. Facilities: Wifi can be used, but the speed may be a bit problematic at night. WeChat is OK.

1. The location is convenient, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center and the station. 2. Italians often have bad faces, but the employees here don’t. I feel that they are all happy and energetic, and the service is good. 3. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped, but please note that there are no slippers. 4. The street signs in the hotel are not clear enough. It is recommended that the street signs be improved to make them more considerate. 5. There is insufficient light in the room 6. The environment where breakfast is served is very unique, but there are not many food choices. Overall satisfied, this is a young and creative place in Italy, worth supporting!

To be honest, the environment is a bit weird, it's either blue or red. The room is small. The location is quite convenient

The location is excellent, you can walk to the train station and Santa Maria del Fiore Church in less than ten minutes from the hotel. As soon as you enter, you will find that the hotel lobby and dining area are connected. The room decoration is very new, and it can be seen that every part of the room and corridor has been designed with great care. The facilities are generally complete, with USB charging ports on the wall and free drinks in the minibar, which is a better experience for short-stay travelers. The breakfast service staff is friendly, but there are not many varieties, and omelettes are charged extra. Overall exceeded expectations, recommended

Seriously unsuitable for Chinese people to live in. Hell theme, we are all hanged ghosts. The room smelled like sewer. It’s still 6,000 yuan a night. The front desk doesn't speak much English.
