This hotel has the best location with lots of delicious restaurants nearby ! It’s almost close to a number of attractions which made our trip more convenient. The staff is fluent in English and there’s an open area for guests to rest. Having a free water station and hot drinks machine are definitely a plus on top of the spacious room!

We like this hotel. The location is great! Really convenient to the city centre and to the train station (almost exactly between them). The man working at the front desk was very helpful and a nice guy. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, comfortable beds, no complaints. Good bathrooms / showers. The TV channels reception was not always the best, but we didn't watch much TV. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment about that. The mini bar had free drinks. This hotel made our visit to Florence that much more enjoyable. We think it's good value for money in a great city.

Perfect location for our second time in Florence. Loved this authentic, gritty neighbourhood. Since we were driving the ease of the attached subterranean garage was a blessing. So user friendly which ensured a totally seamless check in. The “Hell” themed garden room was epic! Creative interior design and a large space for all our suitcases. We loved listening to the birdsong in the mornings. We dined in the restaurant one night which was amazing!! I had a celeriac dish that was so delicious I wish the portion had been three times the volume! We’d been driving around Italy for five weeks by this point so for vegetables to feature on a menu in this way was much appreciated.

Even the equipment such as elevators and decorations is really old-fashion, they still provide equivalent service that a 4 stars hotel should have, including room services, reception and breakfast. and it's location is not far away from city centre. However, don't give a high expectations to equipments of this hotel can provide, remember it is a hotel established in around 1960s.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station, the Old Bridge and the museum, and there is a bus to Piazzale Michelangelo, which is very convenient. The hotel is very new, the room is clean, not very big, quiet, the breakfast is good, and the fruit is very good.

The hotel is perfect for stay in Florence, great location, located in city centre, just 5 mnt walk from train station. Within walking distance to the museums, Duomo, Palazzos and everything. Hotel is like brand new, room quite big, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very happy with our choices of the hotel

This hotel has no disadvantages except that there are very few mold spots on the bed (which does not affect hygiene), the bathtub is so big that you need to crawl into it, and the mosaic tiles inside have not been changed for a long time and are dirty (not because of attachments, but because they are simply too old). In the cheapest room, you can have: two bathrooms, a full set of living supplies and cooking utensils, and all kinds of things. Anyway, basically everything you can think of is available. For example, a drawer can have four or five different types of pots, all of which are very clean. You can buy things and cook in the house, and it is not a problem to have all the things for a long stay. My friend and I also found washing machine cleaning effervescent tablets and laundry beads on the last day. Because the weather was very hot, we washed a lot of clothes. The washing machine and dryer are very advanced, and because there are not many rooms in the apartment, there is not even a peculiar smell of other people's clothes. Because it is an apartment-style management, if you need cleaning, you have to contact the official WhatsApp in advance, and then they will send someone to clean the room. If the bed is softer, it will be a sure kill, but this time I slept very well. Don't mention how comfortable it is to wrap yourself in a bathrobe. First of all, the location is the best. Since it is a rooftop, the sunset and sunrise with the Duomo in the background from the terrace outside the window are amazing. However, it is a hotel, so there is no front desk, which is inconvenient. When checking in, there is the inconvenience of having to make an appointment and meet. They keep telling me to call 30 minutes before arrival, but how can I talk to a local? I am so nervous that I have a migraine. After taking the elevator up, I have to go up the stairs to the attic. The man who came to pick me up helped me, but my wrist ended up getting hurt. I briefly wondered why I had to pay this much money and go through all this trouble. During the 4 night stay, 2 people had 2 regular towels and 2 body towels. They said in the email that it was enough, but that was all. They didn't give me more. It was hard to flush the toilet. They didn't even tell me how to turn on the boiler, and they left without turning it on, so I woke up in the morning with a stuffy nose. It's not that hard to turn on the boiler, but I was upset that it was turned off after I checked in. Anyway, the view is amazing.

Brand new hotel that is quiet and extremely clean. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the ”Cosy Terrace” and it was right next to a school so you could hear the kids playing during the day. It was Cosy, not a huge room but super cute. The outside terrace was nice to get outside and sit. The breakfast was delicious with a full menu to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel!
