"The decoration is very much like a European family hotel, I like it very much. The location is particularly good. Turn left for one minute and you will see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. If you continue walking, you can reach the Accademia Gallery and the Central Market. If you turn right for five minutes, you can directly reach Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery. The room is not big, but it is enough. After all, this is not a resort hotel. Most people go out most of the time. The only drawback is check-out at ten o'clock, which is nothing to me. I just go out for a walk anyway, so I can store it. luggage. There are many places to eat nearby, and the Internet celebrity Zhaza Steak is not far away. There is also a Chinese fast food called Giaogiao next to the cathedral, which is the most familiar taste of pre-made dishes, but after eating too much Italian food, I think it is particularly delicious. The price is not expensive either. All in all if you don't want to stay in your room every day and want to go out all the time this location is perfect, I even went back after climbing the clock tower and dome to have a glass of juice and rest before continuing. The front desk of the hotel is on the third floor. The entrance next to Lego is directly from the elevator to the third floor. If I come to Florence again, I will consider staying here."

And easy walking distance to the main City atraction
The hotel room is small size double, we had a room with a pool view and a balcony, very clean, bed linen are change evry day, pool is small, but we were lucky to find sunlounges when we need it, but most of the time the pool area was full.
Breakfast îs very very good, plenty choices, quality food, fresh juices, even ice cream... 🙂
The only thing we prefered was a shower instead of bath and perhaps the bath panel bath longer lenght as the bath become a pool, the panel does not hold the water spray
We love our stay with this place, and book again

IISTP遊記I booked this hotel for myself and my family. We really appreciate the friendly service from the staff throughout our stay. The building itself is gorgeous and is located within a few minutes walk from the Firenze SMN train station.
We stayed in two two-bed rooms. One of which was big with a walk-in closet. However the other one was small and we could hear the water pipes at night. Sound isolation was also not great as we could hear laughter from the guests staying next door. Would recommend this hotel to travellers who look for a central location and do not mind hearing some noise from pipes or guests chattering at night.

HHONGSHENGI rarely write reviews, but I simply *had* to this time! After checking out, I discovered my car wouldn't start – I'd foolishly left something on and completely drained the battery. Within just 5 minutes, the amazing ladies at the front desk found the incredibly resourceful Alessio for me. He first brought a battery charger, but when he realized it couldn't reach, he immediately drove another car over to use its battery to jump-start mine. The entire process was completed within 10 minutes, and it was absolutely free! So, a huge shout-out to [Hotel Name] for such outstanding service, big thanks to the front desk team (both the ladies and gentlemen), and a special, massive thank you to Alessio!

GGuest UserThe room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!

YYasmineLThe room was sufficient for a 2 night stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful, but the room was worse than expected. Very very noisy from the trams and trains outside and the shower head wouldn’t stay on the stand. I would recommend for a quick stop over stay but would avoid if you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of nights.
The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!

GGuest UserWhile it was upsetting that upon arrival they could not give us a room due to plumbing issues, I appreciate that they had a solution for us by giving us a room at a comparable hotel and covering all the paperwork and expenses. They also helped us get our luggage there. Overall, I think this is a classy establishment based on what I saw in the lobby, and I appreciate the customer service.

GGuest UserHotel location is close to the Florence train station. Also it is easier to walk center of Florence. There isn’t elevator in 5th floor. So we have to go 4th floor with elevator, then we use stairs to get our floor. Hotel personal was friendly and helpful. We arrive hotel before check-in time and they let us to store our luggage in hotel.

AAnonymous UserPros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night.
Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect.
Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain.
Cons: the shower pressure was really small and the heater inside the room was not working, after the first night experience we asked the front desk the next morning if they could check for us but ended up the shower pressure was really small, if there is a measurement lowest from 1 to highest 5, the pressure was definitely 1. So we aren't sure if they did send someone to check or not but one thing for sure they never update us after that and the heater switch remains the same as before I complained. It was really cold.
One evening around 7pm - 8pm as the hotel is actually located kinda like an alley and bit darker so a guy was suspiciously following us at our back and we have to almost run back to our hotel and while we ran he speed up as well so it's really scary better not to be alone walk back hotel.
Overall, location and breakfast are good. Service could be improved imo.
