O Valerim não é um hotel de luxo, mas tem muitas qualidades. Quarto amplo, ótimo banheiro( única ressalva e o chão do box que não é antiderrapante e precisava de barra, na parede, para pessoas de idade avançada) Boa tv com canais a cabo. Um restaurante para ninguém botar defeito. Um menu extraordinário! Café da manhã excelente e almoço/jantar com bufê a quilo ou fixo( 39,00) ate as 22:30, mas tem serviço 24hs. Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados… Sr Ivan da recepção muito cordial e no restaurante um ótimo atendimento. O hotel fica na região central com todo o comércio e pontos turísticos bem perto.

Chegamos ao hotel por volta de 16h e fomos direcionados ao quarto 229 que estava arrumado e limpo. Porém havia uma carta no quarto em nome de outro hóspede. Contatamos o funcionário do hotel que disse que havia nos alocado no quarto errado. Fomos então direcionados ao 225 ao lado, que no entanto parecia estar em obras, sendo colocado uma tela na saída de ventilação no teto enquanto aguardávamos no corredor. Quase uma hora mais tarde outro hóspede abre a porta do nosso quarto 225 dizendo que havia sido designado para aquele mesmo quarto. O tal hóspede se desculpou (e não tinha culpa mesmo o coitado) desceu à recepção e não recebemos nem justificativa para o erro e nem pedido de desculpas. Meu esposo ao ligar para a recepção perguntando sobre o ocorrido recebeu a simples justificativa de que foi um erro de digitação. Por fim decidimos trocar de hotel no mesmo dia após menos de 3 h de permanência no Intercity e sequer a recepção nos perguntou o motivo do check out precoce e nem se desculpou. Total falta de preocupação com a experiência do cliente. Total despreparo da recepção. Hotel longe do Centro, simples mas novo e bonito, mas com serviço muito a desejar. Uma pena mesmo.

Ficamos com medo de não conseguir dormir a noite pois amigos nossos dormiram uma noite anterior no mesmo hotel e falaram que o som foi até as 4 da manhã de um bar próximo e depois continuou a balada na beira mar. Nos tivemos sorte não ouvimos nada , não sei se foi porque começou a chover … o recepcionista Bruno muito atencioso e o café da manhã eh bem recheado de coisas boas !

O local privilegiado. Junto a natureza, arvores, flores, piscina. Tudo muito especial. Limpeza dos quartos justa. Arrumação perfeita, roupas limpas. Banheiro reformado muito bom. Café da manha excelente. Atendimento nota 10. Áreas de jardins poderia ser um pouco mais cuidada (poda, cuidar melhor das flores). Restaurante: foi terceirizado para um senhor totalmente sem noção na questão do tratamento com clientes. Como temos muitas opções por perto, recomendo não usar o restaurante do hotel.

The hotel is misleading. Good structure, comfortable rooms, but the service is of very poor quality. I stayed with my family for 5 days and the room was not clean any day. They just swallowed the bed and rested the towels. The room was dirty for 5 days. Incredible!!! There is a third-party restaurant in the hotel, but they can't make room service. You can ask for food in the Ifood and eat in the room, but if you want to eat in the hotel's restaurant, you have to go down to make the meal on the table, i.e. you can't take to the room.We asked for dinner and the hotel had no tails to borrow. The hotel has no filter or drinker, and when I questioned at the reception they said they were taking water from their houses, the last day they turned off the power because they decided to do a work. We have no lift to get down with the baggage and need to get up and down stairs, besides the work noise that started at 8:00. We chose not to place the car in the hotel parking, but for our surprise, we were charged at the check out, as if we had used. absurd. I wouldn't come back. Experience was not good!

A large and cosy room, good bed, good bathroom and shower, pleasant balcony with balcony, air conditioning and freezer working and in good condition. A satisfactory location for the car owner. The location has a private parking. The hotel is a good hostel for people who like plants and animals, and despite the quality of the rooms, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the reception is not working 24 hours and breakfast is very much to be desired. I did not see fresh bread, only 3 options of bread shape, the cakes are served day by day and become well old, there are mosquitos putting in food, besides the bread and the cakes old, there is only offer of cooked egg, brunette and cheese. Only Sunday was the offer of salsic, and if it improved the breakfast and the presence of staff, it could be perfect.

Remind, there is no kettle in the hotel, you need to go to the front desk on the first floor to boil water yourself, there is a mountain kettle there

GGuest UserI stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

I book a chalé big mistake for the time .. summer kids noisy….. was me and my husband… change rooms after 3 days … when to their most expensive room.. 4th floor… Well I’m used if there is a coffee machine in the room the coffee it’s free.. well first room no coffee machine. Second on 4th floor room 401 … much more expensive …there was a coffee machine… first 2 coffees is a cortesia.. after that. You will have to pay for… Serious ?? All over the world if there is a coffee machine.. coffee is free from USA… to London.. or. Hong Kong ….

Fui no fim de semana do dia dos pais comemorar meu aniversário e para um show na casa Opus. Tivemos um upgrade de suite, a recepção de uma educação exemolar, alias todos! Da recepção, aos rapazes que buscavam o carro, no restaurante. Viajei muito esse ano e o Faial sem duvida entrou no meu TOP 3. Café da manhã com muitas opções, muitas mesmo! A unica observação é para o produto de limpeza que passaram no quarto, achamos muito forte e nao era um perfume agradavel. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Voltaria mais vezes.p

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOThe only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out!

In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.

GGuest UserThe hotel needs to improve on the following points: towels are very fine; they should be replaced; adult leisure, like live music, since the Jurerê neighborhood is very close and guests are free of choice. We spent from Monday to Friday, at the end of July holidays; put insecticide in the rooms, because it has many mosquitoes; increase the faxine team. The rooms are cleaned at the end of the afternoon, because the apartments are preferred to be empty, which causes disturbance to the guests. As suggested, they prefer rooms that give off or off sea, because they have less noise than the recreation in the hotel.

RRose TI chose this hotel to spend the holiday of 7/09 because I had already hosted it in an emergency and I thought it would be legal for more days to enjoy your comfort. There was water in the bathroom every night and every xixi was required to call at the reception. The disconnector is a signal of overload on the network and can cause fires beyond the disturbance, with no toilet shower in the bathroom or a mirror in the room. The hotel TBM allows guests to take a sound box to the pool, which was a hell for those who wanted to relax and rest. We had to hear high music of doubtful taste every day until 22:00, but it didn't stop there. After the 22:00 people were in the jacuzis speaking high and smoking narguilé, and the last night of my stay the people were up to 3 a.m. speaking high and taking the rest of ours. For me, it is no longer a family hotel, they do not impose rules on guests who do not know how to behave.

FFernando BI was a little late in the hotel, I was angry with the reception girl's service, but when I arrived in my room, the girl was cleaned and wasn't quite. She left everything in a small way, which I for a while forgot what had happened before, and I had to go out of business, and I stopped to thank the girl. My day that was all to go wrong changed at that moment with a charming smile and a kind way of receiving me, asking if I needed help, I only thanked and congratulated her, for having changed my day and made him happy. I will never forget that kindness and that kindness of that girl, to feel so well at the point of change, my frustration that I had with the girl at the reception. Thank you for changed my day, and for making my room so cool, you made the difference to me that day, my room was in the first floor. The hotel is in congratulations for having a girl so mega that makes us change, our bad day .... Congratulations for being that light being that changes our day .

GGuest UserEstive hospedado na Pousada do Hotel Monteiro Canasvieiras na data de 09/12/2023 a 13/12/2023 por reserva feita e paga pelo site *******. Ao chegar no check in me disseram que minha estadia não estava paga. Como eu havia chegado de São paulo e perdido meu oculos para enxergar de perto no Uber em SP, não consegui localizar o recibo de quitação, mas mostrei o lançamento de pagamento na fatura do meu cartão e disseram que não era, fiquei acuado e fiz o pagamento no meu cartão de crédito. No dia 13/12 após o check out ao chegar na cidade de Penha / SC e fazer check in em outro Hotel, ja com oculos de perto comprado em farmácia, descobri que o Hotel de penha não estava pago, e que o Hotel Monteiro estava pago. Entrei em contato pelo whatsapp com o Hotel monteiro no dia 13/12 informando o caso, recebi a resposta para aguardar que passariam para o setor responsavel, ninguem me retornou, no dia 19/12 tentei ligar varias vezes no hotel, mandei mensagem novamente, responderam no dia 20/12 para ligar no telefone e conversar com o Sr Rodrigo. Fiz a ligação e me informaram que fariam a devolução por PIX no dia 26/12 e que eu precisaria aguardar o fluxo de devoluções, no dia 26/12 não fizeram a devolução e também não me ligaram. No dia 27/12 liguei novamente e o Sr Rodrigo me disse que por causa das festas de final de ano eu teria que aguardar até dia 29/12. Dia 29/12 não fizeram pagamento e não entraram em contato comigo. Dia 02/01/2024, liguei novamente e em contato com o Sr Rodrigo me informou que o PIX voltou, e conferiu meu cpf e disse que um nuero estava errado. PIX NÃO VOLTA, se tiver um numero errado ele não é enviado. Me exaltei no telefone porque sabia que estava sendo enrolado, disse ao Sr Rodrigo que eu estava com raiva da situação de estar sendo enganado e que aguardaria até o dia seguinte 03/01/2024, o Sr Rodrigo se exaltou, disse que eu era arrogante e não entendia de matemática e de Administração, e que ele sendo Advogado do Hotel dizia para mim que eu teria que aguardar a hora que eles fariam a devolução e que não era na hora que eu queria, por fim disse que no dia 03/01/2024 estaria feita a devolução, eu disse que aguardaria até este dia e que depois não faria mais contato. No dia 03/01/2024 as 18:54 hs da tarde o Sr Rodrigo me telefonou pedindo que eu enviasse o recibo de pagamento do ******* e minha fatura do cartão para comprovar o real desembolso, enviei pelo whatsapp as 19:01 hs, recebi resposta as 20:05 que me ja enviariam o comprovante do PIX. Não enviaram comprovante. Hoje dia 04/01/2024 enviei mensagem as 14:40 hs dizendo que não entraria mais em contato com eles após ser enrolado com pagamento prometido para dia 26/12, 29/12, 03/01 e sem resolução, recebi a resposta que o banco Itau deles estava fora do ar (mais uma desculpa). então disse que iria tomar as providencias e não faria mais contato com eles, recebi a resposta ”Olá boa tarde, Tudo bem”. Com tudo isso deixo registrado aqui: 1) que o Hotel não é organizado, cobra duplicado

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have stayed at this hotel....everything was fine with the cleanliness, by the way it was impeccable. The room was always big and the bathroom was bigger, I loved it!!
The breakfast is complete
and full of deliciousness, spectacular!
The staff are very attentive and concerned about our well-being.
