I booked this hotel a day before my arrival. I chose it because it was the only hotel that mentioned having a crib available in the description. Also, it is close to the FLN airport. What a great find! The grounds are beautiful, there are monkeys in the trees, great playground, pool area, sauna, landscaping, flowers. This hotel has chalets and suites (apartments). We were in a superior apartment. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool area and a great view of the mountains in the distance. The pack and play was set up with linens and towels in the bedroom. There are toiletries in the bathroom (contrary to a recent review). For a family with a baby, the fact that there is a separate bedroom is a must so that the baby can sleep peacefully. We were very comfortable and the included buffet breakfast was delicious, lots of variety, juices, yogurt, fruit, baked goods, desserts, eggs, meat, oatmeal. Note on beach access: This hotel is not close to the busy part of Campeche beach, which suited us perfectly. The staff directed us to the pathway to access the beach (a short 10-minute walk through fields and next to a cemetery). After crossing the dunes (and coming across a horse and her foal), we had the beach almost all to ourselves. Definitely my kind of beach, where we can enjoy the sand and waves without crowds of people. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and if I ever find myself in Campeche again, I will stay here.

I was on a group trip and one of the vehicles was in trouble we had to find the hotel and we found the Werlich, where the care, the concerns exceeded the expectation, the care provided all the support and we had a great accommodation, A great breakfast and still suggest where to dine nearby.

A large and cosy room, good bed, good bathroom and shower, pleasant balcony with balcony, air conditioning and freezer working and in good condition. A satisfactory location for the car owner. The location has a private parking. The hotel is a good hostel for people who like plants and animals, and despite the quality of the rooms, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the reception is not working 24 hours and breakfast is very much to be desired. I did not see fresh bread, only 3 options of bread shape, the cakes are served day by day and become well old, there are mosquitos putting in food, besides the bread and the cakes old, there is only offer of cooked egg, brunette and cheese. Only Sunday was the offer of salsic, and if it improved the breakfast and the presence of staff, it could be perfect.

Excellent hotel. I'm evaluating without check-out yet, but I liked the stay here. Room large, spacious bathroom with the box of the big shower, gas heating, warm water and very pressure. Breakfast with a lot of salty and sweet options. Free and covered parking costs 10,00. Great value of the day, we pay 270,00 with the ISS fee. A perfect hydromassage bathroom, academy with quality devices. We were received by Mr Eduardo from an incredible education and attention, my wife and I have been feeling customers for years, and that was only the first time we hosted here. The 5th star came due to the attention we gave, needed to go to the San José multi-use arena, the other Kennedy hotel is in front of the gym, Mr. Eduardo contacted the reception there and reported that he was asking for a vacation in the parking lot to leave the car without extra cost.

This is a perfect place to stay. Few minute walk to the beach through a beautiful private path. The staff are amazing and friendly. Everything is super clean and beautiful. It is a family business. There is a ton of security even though the area is very safe. You can walk at night with your cellphone in hand and no issues. There are some great restaurants nearby. It is very quiet and perfect for anyone. Very kid friendly too with a play gym on the property. The breakfast is also amazing. You can order various eggs and tapioca. I don't like tapioca in general but it's very very good here. They give you towels and umbrella and chairs for the beach. I don't think there is anything they could do to make this place better, it's perfect!

GGuest UserI stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

GGuest UserHad a fantastic 6 nights here. We stayed in an ocean view room with a large terrace that had amazing views of the Atlantic. The hotel is directly by the beach and we spent most of the time in sun loungers relaxing, eating great food from the hotel and enjoying a few Caipirinhas. The beach itself is super-lively, if you get a chance, by a choripan from one of the vendors. Best thing about the hotel were the staff, always there and very helpful. English is not widely spoken, but that wasn't much of a problem.

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOThe only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out!

In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.

GGuest UserMy partner and I stayed here for four nights in March 2022. Overall we enjoyed the resort and may stay again. The resort has a nice fun pool in the centre of the complex along with good bar service. There is also plenty of space for kids to play. If you prefer the beach then there is direct access from the pool area and chairs and umbrellas from the resort and readily available at no extra cost. The staff were very helpful and responded to all our requests. We also received daily housekeeping which post-covid seems to be a luxury. Whilst the resort was very good it could easily have been even better. Our apartment (and others may be different) was in real need of some tender loving care, in particular the bathroom which was old and tatty. We were also provided with a wide range of tea and coffee pots, cups, saucers but nothing to actually make coffee or tea with! And yes, we asked…. The on-site restaurant is good value but not the best place to eat by a long shot. It’s handy being on site and is more than adequate but if you are staying more than a couple of days check out other local places. Finally if you have a need to connect with work or to be online during your stay make sure you have plenty of cellular data as the advertised wifi is truly awful. It frequently failed to connect, dropped the connection and was very slow. In fact it was next to useless. This is a nice place that you feel could be so much better with just a bit of effort.

GGuest UserWe are hosted in the 8th floor. dirty AP. dark corridors. broken safe dirty bedrooms in the checkin, i.e. , room that should have been cleaned or washing bedroom was replaced, restaurant delayed. Hotel without infrastructure for children, no baby cup or microwave. If it weren't the attention of Dioní at the reception I would have gone, and cleaning of Marta the night, which we had to call because we went out and when we returned, no cleaning had been done in the room. Detail: I was in the room with my husband when he recovered from surgery and hygiene should be priority. hair dryer works 3 min and shut off. One absurd behind the other in a hotel that I considered top. I was in an early check-out and we went off on a holiday, but unfortunately the experience was very bad to complete our room was open when we returned from the coffee.

RRose TI chose this hotel to spend the holiday of 7/09 because I had already hosted it in an emergency and I thought it would be legal for more days to enjoy your comfort. There was water in the bathroom every night and every xixi was required to call at the reception. The disconnector is a signal of overload on the network and can cause fires beyond the disturbance, with no toilet shower in the bathroom or a mirror in the room. The hotel TBM allows guests to take a sound box to the pool, which was a hell for those who wanted to relax and rest. We had to hear high music of doubtful taste every day until 22:00, but it didn't stop there. After the 22:00 people were in the jacuzis speaking high and smoking narguilé, and the last night of my stay the people were up to 3 a.m. speaking high and taking the rest of ours. For me, it is no longer a family hotel, they do not impose rules on guests who do not know how to behave.

GGuest UserThe hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.
