Todo excelente, la ubicación, la cercanía a la playa, el barrio, la atención, el desayuno, los departamentos y su equipamiento (yo me hospedé en los Summer Flat). Viajé con bebé de menos de 2 años y todo se hizo muy sencillo. Destaco la amabilidad de Yanet del personal de limpieza que siempre estuvo a disposición de nuestras entradas y salidas al departamento para poder hacer su trabajo a la perfección. Pongo 4/5 porque si bien el desayuno que ofrecen es excelente, se sirve en una posada a 200 metros del hotel, y si llueve mucho es poco práctico. De todas formas, volvería a hospedarme allí.

O hotel tem boas instalações, porém está passando por reforma, o que limita e dificulta o uso. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã está sendo em outra pousada do mesmo grupo, a duas quadras de distância, mesmo assim vale a pena, pois é realmente muito bom. O quarto é amplo, porém a cama não é de casal, são duas camas de solteiro juntas, que fica muito desconfortável e os travesseiros muito ruins, além disso, as cortinas não tem blackout, o que faz com que a claridade incomode logo cedo.

Quarto confortavel, porém era no terreo e a janela de frente para uma escada, tinha sempre barulho e não tinha privacidade. Por essa falta de ventilação sempre tinha um cheiro de mofo. Em relação as comodidades seria interessante ter talheres e guardanapos por ter microondas e chaleira elétrica. Horário do café da manhã ruim, acabei perdendo um dia do café por começar só as 07hrs.

Reforma ocorrendo e quarto com cheiro estranho. Cama confortável e atendimento muito bom. Próximo à praia mas não tem café da manhã e precisa ir a outro hotel. Custo benefício fica a desejar mas para um dia apenas não é de todo ruim. Atendimento bom

Excelente hotel. Embora esteja passando por um período de obras, o café da manhã é incrível no restaurante Alameda, a localização é ótima, estando apenas duas quadras da praia e o atendimento dispensa comentários, o Richard e o Gabriel são muito gente boa e sempre solícitos.

Muy buena ubicación, el desayuno de la mañana excelente. Mis felicitaciones a todo el equipo, me encantaba que llegáramos y estaba todo limpio y ordenado. El tomar desayuno frente al Mar fue una experiencia maravillosa. Si llego a volver a Floripa me quedaré aquí.
