¡No vengan a este hotel ! Lamento tener que comunicar mi insatisfacción con la experiencia vivida durante mi estancia en su hotel. Mala atención: En primer lugar, la actitud del personal de recepción fue sumamente decepcionante. Todos, sin excepción, mostraron falta de amabilidad y cortesía: no saludaban, no resolvían problemas y ni siquiera se molestaban en hacer contacto visual, lo que deja una impresión de desinterés total hacia los huéspedes. Falta de servicios básicos: En cuanto a la habitación, si bien era agradable a la vista, carecía de servicios básicos que uno espera, como un secador de pelo, jabón y suficientes toallas. Además, la calidad de los colchones era muy baja, afectando la comodidad durante la estadía. Mala limpieza: El servicio de limpieza fue igualmente deficiente. A pesar de solicitar la limpieza colocando la tarjeta en la puerta y comunicándolo en recepción, no se realizó. Esto es inadmisible en un establecimiento de este tipo. En resumen, mi experiencia fue muy negativa y no recomendaría este hotel a otros viajeros a menos que se realicen mejoras significativas en la atención al cliente y los servicios básicos.
