I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

We are hosted in the 8th floor. dirty AP. dark corridors. broken safe dirty bedrooms in the checkin, i.e. , room that should have been cleaned or washing bedroom was replaced, restaurant delayed. Hotel without infrastructure for children, no baby cup or microwave. If it weren't the attention of Dioní at the reception I would have gone, and cleaning of Marta the night, which we had to call because we went out and when we returned, no cleaning had been done in the room. Detail: I was in the room with my husband when he recovered from surgery and hygiene should be priority. hair dryer works 3 min and shut off. One absurd behind the other in a hotel that I considered top. I was in an early check-out and we went off on a holiday, but unfortunately the experience was very bad to complete our room was open when we returned from the coffee.

O que vale a pena nesse hotel são a proximidade de um ótimo ponto (lagoa da conceição e o ”centrinho”) e o atendimento do Eduardo (turno da tarde) O café para um hotel achei bem fraco! Sem MTA opção e um pão bem duro (nos dois dias que tomei café lá) O quarto é confortável mas se quiser assistir um pouco de tv, esqueça . Não pega nada no quarto. E qdo fui pedir ajuda ao atendente da manhã ele culpou a antena e não deu solução. Aliás , esse atendente foi a parte q me fez querer trocar de hotel. Nada simpático , sem tato para atender, e me viu saír c mala, mochila e bolsa, e sequer ofereceu ajuda ou segurou a porta p mim, q estava viajando sozinha! O estacionamento é bem tranquilo e bem na frente do hotel e sempre tem vaga! A piscina é bem pequena e não aconselho p crianças

My boyfriend and I got there and requested a room. The attendant welcomed us well but was unable to show us photos of the facilities and available rooms. We paid around 1280 reais for 3 nights and trusted that we would get a nice room based on the few photos we saw on the website. When we arrived in the corridor leading to the rooms, it was already possible to see that the facilities lacked maintenance. Cheap and poor quality finishes. When we entered the room we found a poorly maintained room with super old things. I dare say that from Dec 80/90. Dirty and moldy curtains, the bathroom had leaks and the shower didn't heat up properly at night if you were going to shower later. The price of these 3 nights that I mentioned did not include breakfast, which is standard for any self-respecting hotel. The accommodation looked much more like a cheap hostel than a quality hotel. The only advantage for the traveler is that it is in front of the beach, otherwise I don't recommend it. The hotel is completely scrapped and looks much more like a horror hostel. Look, many hostels can beat this hotel because I've stayed in hostels, which offer the advantage of affordable stays and also a great accommodation experience. This hotel is scrapped. I do not recommend.

A large and cosy room, good bed, good bathroom and shower, pleasant balcony with balcony, air conditioning and freezer working and in good condition. A satisfactory location for the car owner. The location has a private parking. The hotel is a good hostel for people who like plants and animals, and despite the quality of the rooms, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the reception is not working 24 hours and breakfast is very much to be desired. I did not see fresh bread, only 3 options of bread shape, the cakes are served day by day and become well old, there are mosquitos putting in food, besides the bread and the cakes old, there is only offer of cooked egg, brunette and cheese. Only Sunday was the offer of salsic, and if it improved the breakfast and the presence of staff, it could be perfect.

This is a perfect place to stay. Few minute walk to the beach through a beautiful private path. The staff are amazing and friendly. Everything is super clean and beautiful. It is a family business. There is a ton of security even though the area is very safe. You can walk at night with your cellphone in hand and no issues. There are some great restaurants nearby. It is very quiet and perfect for anyone. Very kid friendly too with a play gym on the property. The breakfast is also amazing. You can order various eggs and tapioca. I don't like tapioca in general but it's very very good here. They give you towels and umbrella and chairs for the beach. I don't think there is anything they could do to make this place better, it's perfect!
