We had a great room (large) with a stunning view over the water. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very friendly staff. Great location. Actually a very nice hotel. All roses? No. The room was a bit noisy like noises of moving furniture in the room next to us and above us. As if they were renovating. We called. It only got worse. At around 11:00 it stopped. Flimsy walls I guess. And oh, the spaghetti carbonara in the restaurant is...disgusting. While the other food on their lunch menu was good, the spaghetti was the absolute worst I ever had and I had quite a few. Raw pasta (not al dente) in a very thick creamy sauce. Like a luke warm yoghurt soup with bits of lost sausage. It is almost criminal to serve this as a carbonara. I still recommend a stay there. Just stay (far) away from that spaghetti. Happy 2023!

The room here is OK, by the sea, the view is better, and the health

The hotel is misleading. Good structure, comfortable rooms, but the service is of very poor quality. I stayed with my family for 5 days and the room was not clean any day. They just swallowed the bed and rested the towels. The room was dirty for 5 days. Incredible!!! There is a third-party restaurant in the hotel, but they can't make room service. You can ask for food in the Ifood and eat in the room, but if you want to eat in the hotel's restaurant, you have to go down to make the meal on the table, i.e. you can't take to the room.We asked for dinner and the hotel had no tails to borrow. The hotel has no filter or drinker, and when I questioned at the reception they said they were taking water from their houses, the last day they turned off the power because they decided to do a work. We have no lift to get down with the baggage and need to get up and down stairs, besides the work noise that started at 8:00. We chose not to place the car in the hotel parking, but for our surprise, we were charged at the check out, as if we had used. absurd. I wouldn't come back. Experience was not good!

The hotel is in the centre, near shopping but not very close to the bath beaches. The room was very large and comfortable, the shower was good and the coffee was very weak, few options and almost nothing for low insulin diets with carbonhydrate and sugar restriction.

I booked this hotel a day before my arrival. I chose it because it was the only hotel that mentioned having a crib available in the description. Also, it is close to the FLN airport. What a great find! The grounds are beautiful, there are monkeys in the trees, great playground, pool area, sauna, landscaping, flowers. This hotel has chalets and suites (apartments). We were in a superior apartment. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool area and a great view of the mountains in the distance. The pack and play was set up with linens and towels in the bedroom. There are toiletries in the bathroom (contrary to a recent review). For a family with a baby, the fact that there is a separate bedroom is a must so that the baby can sleep peacefully. We were very comfortable and the included buffet breakfast was delicious, lots of variety, juices, yogurt, fruit, baked goods, desserts, eggs, meat, oatmeal. Note on beach access: This hotel is not close to the busy part of Campeche beach, which suited us perfectly. The staff directed us to the pathway to access the beach (a short 10-minute walk through fields and next to a cemetery). After crossing the dunes (and coming across a horse and her foal), we had the beach almost all to ourselves. Definitely my kind of beach, where we can enjoy the sand and waves without crowds of people. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and if I ever find myself in Campeche again, I will stay here.

A large and cosy room, good bed, good bathroom and shower, pleasant balcony with balcony, air conditioning and freezer working and in good condition. A satisfactory location for the car owner. The location has a private parking. The hotel is a good hostel for people who like plants and animals, and despite the quality of the rooms, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the reception is not working 24 hours and breakfast is very much to be desired. I did not see fresh bread, only 3 options of bread shape, the cakes are served day by day and become well old, there are mosquitos putting in food, besides the bread and the cakes old, there is only offer of cooked egg, brunette and cheese. Only Sunday was the offer of salsic, and if it improved the breakfast and the presence of staff, it could be perfect.

Boutique hotel located about 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Florianopolis. Rooms and grounds The rooms are well kept and clean as well as the reception and lobby. Rooms have a fridge and are big enough for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff Housekeeping and the staff at breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Reception staff could use more of a smile and look up when a guest arrives. Beach The hotel provides you with a parasol and chairs for the beach. Restaurant There is a breakfast buffet served every morning. Good choice of food and juices. Pool Pool is small, its perfect for using after a day at the beach.

After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.
