Não possuem funcionários suficiente para atender demandas como serviço de quarto, muita das vezes fazendo que o hospede precise descer para buscar pilha para controle remoto, ou prato e talheres para refeições. Pode parecer luxo, mas depois de viajar 35 horas para chegar ao seu destino, tudo que você mais quer é não precisar sair do quarto quando chega em um hotel para descansar. Segundo ponto, precisei mudar de quarto devido a um erro de comunicação entre hotel e Copastur (empresa de turismo responsável por pagar minhas diárias). Ao fazer a mudança, esqueci uma garrafa de vinho fechada no frigobar. Ao me lembrar dela e ligar para recepção, me foi avisado que iriam contactar a empresa de limpeza dos quartos pois era uma empresa terceirizada e que o hotel não se responsabiliza por itens deixados no quarto. Estou até hoje esperando eles me contactarem para saber o que aconteceu com o vinho, simplesmente uma garrafa de R$100 SUMIU, e ninguém viu. Terceiro, precisei pedir ao hotel a nota fiscal referente as minhas diárias para prestação de contas, e surpreendentemente me disseram que não fornecem a nota fiscal ao hospede pois quem pagou a estadia foi uma empresa terceira (no caso a copastur). Ao questionar eles como obter um documento para comprovar a estadia, me disseram que preciso pedir a Copastur, pois eles não podem fornecer nenhum documento. Isso é um absurdo, quem depende de prestação de contas corporativa sabe o que estou falando. Fiquem atentos! Não recomendo a estadia.

Excellent accommodation with good comfort and cost x benefit, excellent location, next to shopping and easy locomotion throughout the island, amazing view, mainly from the pool. Small adjustment suggestions: improve wifi in rooms and change breakfast, which is already great to get better even!

Spent a pleasant two night stay in the hotel. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel in city centre and the fact that you are within walking distance to many places of interest. The breakfast offering was pretty standard and tasty. The downside is that the restaurant is closed for dinner, though room service is available and the gym equipment need to be updated. Otherwise adequate for a short stay.

Stay next time. Remind, there is no kettle in the hotel, you need to go to the front desk on the first floor to boil water yourself, there is a mountain kettle there

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

O local privilegiado. Junto a natureza, arvores, flores, piscina. Tudo muito especial. Limpeza dos quartos justa. Arrumação perfeita, roupas limpas. Banheiro reformado muito bom. Café da manha excelente. Atendimento nota 10. Áreas de jardins poderia ser um pouco mais cuidada (poda, cuidar melhor das flores). Restaurante: foi terceirizado para um senhor totalmente sem noção na questão do tratamento com clientes. Como temos muitas opções por perto, recomendo não usar o restaurante do hotel.

The hotel is a good hostel for people who like plants and animals, and despite the quality of the rooms, the rooms are not cleaned every day, the reception is not working 24 hours and breakfast is very much to be desired. After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.
