This room was super clean and the hotel was soo quite I loved every bit in the moment especially the count down

Convenient locations next to an outlet mall and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Will stay again.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Got in very late and guy at the desk was very accommodating with my request for a bunch of extra coffee pods. Great fitness room. Good size rooms. Had buffet breakfast. Pretty good. Plenty of parking. Good looking pool but didn't use it.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful lobby. Clean large rooms. Quiet. Restaurant, if you can call it that, is OK for breakfast and terrible for dinner. The food is also expensive. It is the lobby where food is served... no real separate restaurant.

Excellent in every aspect except for restaurant food quality for dinner. Friendly staff, clean rooms, one of the best pools anywhere… beautiful lobby with lots of comfortable seating. Highly recommended place to stay in this area… prices are also reasonable for the quality.

Between heaven and earth this hotel alone is the chosen one. If not for the amazing management along with friendly staff and helpful housekeeping this hotel is one of the best we’ve gone to. And we have about 2 million points. Taylor has been an amazing help and very friendly the whole time we’ve stayed here (we’ve stayed here for 5months now). Not only was Christopher helpful when needed he was very kind and friendly the whole time. Along side getting packages is very easy and stress free. The pool is always perfect especially in this hot weather. Parking is never a hassle with huge parking lot they have. Along with the breakfast it is the best hotel for breakfast we’ve been to, always fresh and they have someone out there to take your order. If I had to rate this hotel out of 5 the scale would break. I would have to give this hotel a 110% in friendliness, service, and overall satisfaction. Mic drop.

I come here quite often for work and teylor is always so incredible. Her customer service is spot on and she always makes sure im well taken care of. Her mannerisms and personality are always welcoming. My stay here is always a good experience With all the stuff, but teylors welcoming smile and bubbly personality gives you reason to come back!

Day 1 (Saturday) - Before even starting our stay, we ran into an issue of me not able to share the digital room key with my husband. The front desk lady was very helpful but the issue was never resolved. That was quite all right since we were given the physical cards. The room was pretty standard, but was showing its age. The furnishings were a bit odd in my opinion, e.g. a huge table lamp, about 20-inch diameter, taking up half of the desk space that otherwise would have been very useful. THEN, when I walked into the bathroom and unrolled a hand towel, I was surprised to see it had a very dirty stain! Well, there were more clean towels I could use, so I continued to unpack and was ready to enjoy our stay. And then, the biggest issue happened when I took a shower the first night. The bathtub drained so slowly that instead of enjoying a good shower, I took a very quick one as I was afraid the tub might get overflowed. Another issue I discovered was the small refrigerator did not get very cold. Day 2 (Sunday) - I notified the hotel via their hospitality text messaging about the towel and shower drain, and someone replied that they would have new towels brought up and have maintenance take a look at the drain. The towels arrived soon, but maintenance never arrived. My shower that night was worse than the night before. Day 3 (Monday) - I texted hotel staff again but no one showed up until late that evening while we were in the room. Since we were leaving the next day, we declined any service. I read some reviews online and a drain problem was mentioned. Maybe it is a much more serious issue than just sending maintenance to take a look. I suspect the drain system is plagued by hair clogs. Will I stay at this location again? Probably not. With the price I paid for our 3-night stay, I will likely try other places next time I am in the area.

So convenient, but the nicest part of my 3 month stay was the front desk staff who greeted me with a smile everyday! Awesome folks! The area around the hotel is safe and has plenty of trails to hike or just have a leisurely exercise along the clean and safe sidewalks. Even if you are working in the Sacramento area, it is safe to bring your family out to visit.
