My biggest complaints are that they offer eggs at the breakfast but they’re boiled eggs. Not everyone can do boiled egg. And then the fact that they have one single ice machine on the bottom floor which is inconvenient in my opinion

Clerk at check in very unfriendly. I was getting off of road earlier than anticipated and told I could not check in. Then I was told I could check in early if I paid him $25. Later after checking the reviews for this place out I saw one woman was told she had to give them an extra $100. Doesn't seem to be any quality control over the Best Western Hotels . Will be my last visit to Best Western .. Always check in early for Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express and the clerks are very friendly and helpful.

They charged me an extra fee when I arrived at the hotel. They said the price that ******* had was wrong and I needed to pay more because ******* only gave them a portion of what the room rate should be. Thankfully ******* refunded me, but this hotel is being shady with the fees/pricing. The room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel is in a great location for going to Carowinds. The lobby made me nervous about the hotel but it just needs to be updated. The room was nicer than the lobby. On the third floor it did smell like **** by one room for our entire trip. The breakfast was decent.

Staff was very friendly and room was clean and in good shape. We were only there for the overnight but it was a pleasant experience.
