September 2022, I checked into the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Fort Worth, Texas along with my daughter and 10-year-old granddaughter. On the second night while at the pool there was some activity on the second floor in the window directly above us. A middle aged man approached the window, turned around dropped his shorts and bared himself to us all. The pool is very close to the hotel. My ten-year-old granddaughter saw all of him. ALL of him. To say the least we were all upset. We immediately left the pool, and I went to the front desk to report the incident. Much to my surprise there was not a manager available and would not be available until the next morning. It was not option to even call management, I asked. An employee did have me go outside with him to point out the window. The people in the room heard us at the pool level and quickly closed the drapes. The window was still open. The employees told me the only thing they could do was tell me to call the police. I don’t understand why they could not and would not at the very least inform the people in this room there was a child in the pool. To make things worse that room was on the same hall as ours. Maybe 4 to 6 doors down. The next morning when I went down to speak to the manager, I was informed that there was no manager on the weekends. I was again told my only option was to call the police. When I asked if they could tell me if that room had checked out, they were not allowed to tell me that either. So based on that information we did not use any of the public areas of the hotel the rest of our stay, including the pool or have breakfasts. The hotel no longer felt safe not knowing if we would see this man in the halls, lobby, pool or breakfast areas. On our third and final night of our stay the fire alarms went off in the middle of the evening. When I went down to the front desk to see what was going on, I was informed along with another customer, that an EX-employee set off the fire alarm just to cause trouble. How was an ex-employee able to set off a fire alarm? What else does this ex-employee has access too? What else would he do the cause problems? Between the pervert and disgruntled ex-employee, I did not sleep very well. This location has several major safety concerns. I felt far from safe on so many levels. Not one time was I asked if there was anything I needed. I was told the manager would be informed of my concerns, but I was not asked what my name was or what room I was in. No one really cared. I booked this hotel based on the Raddison name, but we could not get out of this hotel fast enough. So disappointed.
Very Good
