Hotel Coimbra

We were four adults and one child. We were surprised by the cost-benefit that the accommodation generally provides through good service, great location and satisfactory facilities.

Old hotel, bathroom trash can without a lid, TV almost never works and is very small, shower is connected in a makeshift way, I couldn't even open the minibar for fear of getting an electric shock, breakfast items without covers (lids). Coffee didn't taste like coffee. Only the air conditioning was good. I stayed on the 1st floor but I had to climb 3 flights of stairs with my bags, no one to help. Plus there were cracks in the walls.

O hotel é localizado. Instalações satisfatórias. Os funcionários atendem muito bem.

Péssimo atendimento. No quarto não tinha nada nem copo.

O Hotel tem uma boa localização, ao lado da academia, lavanderia, lanchonete e não tão longe da praia. Porém parece que o hotel tá largado, os móveis velhos, portas que não fecham, janelas agarrando, não tem nada pra comer além do café da manhã, telefone não funciona, cama de molas já bem gasta, pessima, não dormi bem nenhum dia, banheiro é o pior de tudo, não tem suporte pra colocar os utensílios no box, a água fica saindo inundando o banheiro, espelhos velhos e pequenos, chuveiro pingando fazendo barulho.

Travesseiro ruim machados tive que pedir 2 fronhas deram com muito custo. Toalhas de brancas tava parecendo pano de chão de incardidas, traças no banheiro no quarto na tem toalha de rosto lençol rasgado.

péssimo em todos os sentidos! Elevador quebrado, Café da manhã péssimo. funcionários mal educados (exceto um dos que ficava à noite). Na garagem haviam diversas poças de lama e lodo, sem nenhuma sinalização, era um pinga-pinga o dia todo, fui para meu carro, acabei escorregando, caí, quebrei meus óculos, machuquei a mão, o joelho, as costelas... qdo fui para a recepção reclamar, a funcionária ainda teve a capacidade de dizer que a culpa era minha por não ter "prestado atenção". Só me ajudaram nos primeiros socorros porque gritei e exigi, senão.. nem isso... a gerente NUNCA estava no hotel, era sempre uma desculpa diferente... depois de tanta coisa ruim e ameaça de fazer um B.O., ela nos ofereceu trocar de hotel, primeiramente por nossa conta (imagina o valor de uma diária na alta estação assim, para entrar imediato), depois ela acabou fazendo a troca por conta do hotel, mas recusou-se a responsabilizar-se pelos óculos quebrados... Não recomendo esse "hotel" meia estrela nem para meu maior inimigo.

One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at in Fortaleza. The elevator has been broken for two days, so we're forced to climb dirty stairs. The breakfast is super poor, worse than at many inns (and this place says it's a HOTEL). - The "juice" is actually "colored water" that's impossible to drink; - For hot food, you can choose between scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs; - They only have milk and coffee, ZERO teas! As if 100% of Brazilians drink coffee!!! I was forced to go to the little market across the street to buy a box of tea, since I don't drink coffee; - Only one fruit option, a pineapple so sour that no one could eat it; - Not to mention the delay in restocking the items. We arrived at 8am and items were already missing. The rest of the hotel gives the impression of abandonment. The garage looks like a pile of stuff, a storage room competing with cars; The room we stayed in was very spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly; There was no door on the shower stall in the bathroom, so when you took a shower, the rest of the bathroom got wet. The 32" TV only picked up free-to-air channels, but someone had left Netflix on, so you could watch movies. There was no phone in the room, so to contact the concierge you had to go out into the hallway and use a "communal" intercom. In fact, for those who want to stay in the room during the day, it's almost impossible to relax, the intercom rings all the time and very loudly! Honestly, the "hotel" Coimbra was a huge disappointment. It's not worth the cost-benefit.
