Comfortable stay with good facilities for kids. Service was excellent with warm touch. Request for some tools for art and craft for kids and was sent to room in fast speed. Counter service was polite and friendly assisting us to get early check in when my friend was feeling unwell. Thumb up for the hotel team. Had an amazing experience and stay in Foshan at the Home2 Suites by Hilton, the front office staff were exceptional in helping me out with directions and information of the area. Came to Nanhai to visit the Earth Art Festival and stayed here for one night. On the morning of the check-in day, I received a call from the front desk Ada who proactively asked about the guest's request. After learning that it was a family of 3 staying in the hotel, she proactively helped to apply for an additional breakfast for one person. When I arrived at the hotel, the sofa bed was already opened and made. With this proactive and enthusiastic service plus the expected hardware configuration of a new hotel, I have to give it a full five-star praise. What slightly embarrasses Ctrip's gold diamond rating is that the 12% discount on food and beverage indicated in the booking was not actually realized. In fact, after deducting the extra dishes outside the set meal, it may only be a discount of ten yuan. The restaurant's food was originally okay, but compared with a number of competing hotels that usually use special discounts for guests to attract tourists to stay in the hotel for dinner, the contrast is a bit big.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the front desk Liao Tiantian provides great service! It is very convenient to wash and dry clothes, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the rice noodles, glutinous rice and chicken are delicious! The coffee bar is very unique! Superb!

The overall feeling is very good. The room is relatively new and I like the layout. There are many functional areas, including microwave ovens, dishes and other daily necessities, and a small desk that is full of life. I also thank Chloe at the front desk for arranging a high floor and a location far away from the elevator for us. The room is very quiet and the shading effect is also very good.
