We booked the biggest room, it was not super clean and there were a few stains. But the bath tub was massive and the bathroom itself was pretty big. Although, there was no door and just a curtain to close the bathroom. Other than that, the room was ok. Location was around 10 mins from Foshan Station by car so not that bad although pretty far from the furniture markets. Didn’t get to use much of their service since we only stayed for a night. Everything else was average, not the worse but not the best either.

Then I entered the room and saw the cleanliness. I was completely speechless. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and shelves. , and then there were also long hairs and black gray on the sheets. I went through repeated efforts to change the bedding, but the ones I got were torn, and the aunt wouldn’t change them, so she just had to make do with them. Seeing the long hairs all over the mattress, I felt like vomiting! The whole room had not been cleaned for a long time. When the faucet was turned on, yellow water came out. When I took out a tissue, a small insect jumped out. The room was full of dust. I wiped it several times. There was also a thick layer of black dust on the toilet, which made me feel numb. I was exhausted. I spent two hours doing cleaning work and had to eat at one o'clock in the morning. The terrible thing was that there was still a lot of dust the next day. I can't praise the hygiene and service of this hotel. The cleaning staff and the front desk never said a word of apology from the beginning to the end. The cleaning staff also said that it was normal and inevitable, haha. The weather was over ten degrees Celsius and there was only air conditioning, no heating, it was freezing. The most disgusting thing is that when I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage after checking out the next day, I asked the front desk to turn down the music volume and wanted to take a rest on the sofa. She refused to let me and sarcastically said that this was not a place to rest. Is it wrong to sit and squint for a while? He has a really bad attitude and speaks in a weird and weird way! If you want to be woken up early in the morning by dancing in the square across the street, come here. The front desk of the hotel said that this is normal. They don't understand the rights of others, let alone respect the guests, communicate effectively with the guests, and speak very arrogantly.
