厲害咯，住了幾回，越來越差的服務
從早上7.8點樓上就開始乒乒乓乓的響，時不時咚咚咚一聲，毛巾還有星星點點的銹跡。在攜程訂房，因為説是代理的，等於中間有個代理商，聯繫反饋，叫個阿姨來換毛巾，因為連住兩天，一直都是中午起床了才讓客房過來收拾還被單。所以當下我回復阿姨的是不用換了中午一起就行。然後這酒店直接跟攜程客服説處理好了我沒有任何不滿以及需求~訂單顯示有贈送肯德基早餐券，入住的時候沒有給，等我詢問了，他們回覆攜程已經給了我。結果轉頭中午客房搞衞生的時候來個人直接進來跟我説你要早餐券下去前台領。
真是噁心到極致的謊話服務！
今時今日D咁噶服務態度同意識，簡直完美~
隔壁還新開了元世紀，附近又不是衹有這一家了，避雷避雷避雷！！！
