Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客您好，感謝您百忙之中抽出寶貴時間對酒店進行點評！我們會努力改進 不斷提升客房硬件設施 並加強其它各項對客服務質量 關於您評論中所提到的各種問題 我們需要向您表示歉意並作説明 首先是廁所門您離店後我們有叫人上去查看 並無關不上的情況 其次 衞生紙的話 我們都是統一採購的酒店專用抽紙 符合質監部門等官方認證標準 馬桶易堵的情況一般是在使用時丟棄異物在裏面才會導致堵塞 不知道香港地區是否習慣廁紙直接扔進馬桶內 但在內地一般提倡廁紙投入垃圾簍以避免造成堵塞 因為基本每套房間都帶有落地窗和陽台 所以內地的浴室一般僅作沖涼用途 很少會有住客把衣物這些掛在潮濕的洗手間裏內 最後您提到的空調冷氣的問題 因為現在進入夏季 尤其是廣東的六月天確實比較熱了 空調開啟後需要一個製冷的過程 不可能直接進入冷凍模式 再次感謝您的反饋 對於您提到的各種不足之處 我們會努力改善 期待您再次光臨，祝旅途愉快！
