Clean. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Strong shower. Good breakfast quality. Very convenient to go Guangzhou South Railway Station.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

I always love staying in crowne plaza for my baby to enjoy the kid’s club. The view from the room is excellent. Corner room 3006 has so much view to see.

The scenery here is wonderful.

Really nice hotel, the staff was super helpful. I accidentally locked my food delivery and they kindly helped me unlock it and bring it to the room. I believe his name was Harry. Furthermore at checkin we gave our IHG member number and got upgraded and got a complimentary drink at the lobby. Overall, highly recommended if you’re coming or going to Guangzhou South railway as it is only a 10-15 min drive!

Nice hotel and service

Depending on your needs this hotel may be suitable. Definitely a family oriented hotel, there was a massive recreation park next door. About half an hour taxi ride to the main centre. There was a metro station within 15 minutes walk but we did not use the metro system. A cluster of small shops at the rear of the hotel for basics.

Great hotel with a nice view and beautiful rooms. The Swimming pool is enormous and the water is perfect. Breakfast is awesome and sometimes you can get a discount if you pay for it in advance.

The food was great. There is a variety of Western and Chinese food. Hotel rooms are clean and staff is very friendly

Hard to communicate, but they try to use translators. The breakfast buffet is amazing, but the kitchen staff is very slow to refill. The bathroom tube is great, but it is hard to keep water in, leaking water run away. There's no need to pay a deposit. That's great. The fridge only contains water. MTR station 10 min walking. Total is 8 from 10

Situated at a nice neighborhood close to the lake which provide good morning walks. It is close to the railway station when travelling by high speed train. Staff are friendly and very helpful to solve problems. The quality of the breakfast could be better although it comes with a of choices.

The room is good, clean and big enough for our family. Gloria and Ava are very friendly staff at the reception . It was a nice stay in hotel Kids are happy and enjoy Will come back for next trip =]

Awesome location near metro station wiv 2mins walk. Free laundry services n minor library.

Everything is very good. The only thing can be improved is that the pillows are too hard and high. Also didn't replace the bedsheets on the 2nd day.
