It’s conveniently located at the avenue where we can see the hotel building from the highway exit. The hotel is quite new which opened about 3 years, the interior design adopt a lot of white color decoration reflects the modern aesthetics. Room condition is acceptable, some defects and housekeeping cleanliness issues are obvious. Breakfast quality and food selection are okay. During our stay, we have experienced some room condition issues. And I have to compliment a lady, her name is Hedy, who assisted us to address the issue and extend greetings afterwards regarding our stay.

Hi all, I am really enjoying this staycation here because of goodness that we are receiving.
The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfully, especially thanks for Mr Marlboro Hong and Ms Keeley Huang! You are welcome us like your family!
The room is clean and tidy with full-size glass view that look great at night!
Good and modern equipment has been installed to the room for your stay with best comfortable!
Once again thank you very much for being a part of great service that we have been passionately!!!

I’m very pleased with my stay at this hotel, in specific concierge service, which provided me exceptional service upon my ask, all was perfectly organized to deliver my lost item to different hotel in different location where I moved meanwhile, before realizing I lost the item and after contacting Marlboro from concierge at Double Tree Hilton Foshan all was greatly arranged (big thanks to you)

Wow ... What a View ... Amazing. Hilton Doubletree did this one right for sure. Just well done all around, from the rooms, cool elevators, great breakfast layout, and friendly and welcoming staff.
Special call out to the front desk manager Marlboro who went out of his way to make.sure I received over the top customer service for every question or need I had. If he didn't have the answer right away, or didn't know, he found out fast and.got the answer. Hilton has a really.good manager.there.

Everything is good however the bathroom's cleaness is not really up to standard.
When we mentioned to the reception, they give it a very deep clean. Later we found out it's arranged by Abby the receptionist that we asked a lot of questions about where to eat.
We need to special thanks to Abby whom was so attentive to our enquiries & accommodating to our request.
She really a pleasure to our stay & a treasure to the hotel. We hope to see her when we come back next time

This is honestly one of the most amazing hotels that I’ve stayed at in China. The only issue is the location, but other than that everything is absolutely fantastic. The service is impeccable, the facilities are amazing, the hotel is clean and it has all the amenities you could need. If ever, I’m in Foshan again, I will definitely be booking this hotel.
