They have offered me a free upgrade to a higher floor. The best feature is the location which is great! The laundry service/area is clean and good.
The only bad is a small gym and only opens at 9:00am and closes at 22:30pm

Better to hv safe and weight in the room. Others are excellent! Near the mall and theme park and easy to get supper! There’s a convenient store right downstairs.

The hotel is beside a theme park and a big shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable and complete. They also provide free drinks in the mini bar.
Breakfast is more than complete. It is one of the best in china.

This is our first stay in Atour Hotel. To our surprise, the hotel is excellent. From front desk to breakfast, the staff services are great. We really enjoy the stay and will recommend this hotel to friends.

pros
1) comfy bed with great view
2) near to metro station
3) there is a mall conveniently located next to the hotel
4) the hotel was relatively new and modernised
Cons
1) arguably quite far away from a few well known Shunde food joints , which can be easily negated by travelling via DiDi or through metro
Overall the entire stay was pleasant and definitely will visit again

Excellent location with lots of food options nearby the hotel. Only comment is the trainees at night (mostly students) can be trained more properly who understands about the basic hospitality ethics and hotel's facilities.

Nice hotel in Shunde. Near to metro and the village centre. Easy to explore around the area and enjoy nice food. Room was nice and the minibar was free. Recommended!

Great location next to the subway station and plenty of eateries close by. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. We stayed in a family room which gave the kids extra space to play.

The room assigned to us was next to the elevator and the humming sound was very annoying all night. We had to request change of room at after 9 in the evening. We get to move to another room quire immediately. However, the room is more quiet now but it needs maintenance bad. The floor makes squeaking sound every time we walk by at the end of the two beds. It sounds like it is going to fall out.
