整棟別墅的衞生條件十分惡劣，到處都是蟲子頭髮，負一層床上全是蟲子，聯繫更換卻不肯來更換，親眼目睹保潔人員拿着浴室的毛巾擦完馬桶擦洗手枱地面，一個臟兮兮的地拖把整棟樓意思意思拖一下，這衞生打掃完還不如不打算。毛巾發黃，地板廁所拖鞋臟兮兮，特別是樓梯都是黏黏的。泳池水十分臟卻堅持不肯一客一換，以換一次水需要9小時為由。送的免費泡池温泉水就是熱水，而且水量衹到腳踝。一旦放温泉池水整棟樓的浴室就會沒有熱水。KTV房間到了晚上10點自動把麥克風給停掉，理由是居民小區過了10點不允許唱歌，即使KTV房完全隔音也不允許。麻將桌裏的麻將混色，用前需用自行整理出一副正確的牌。入住前不會告訴你到底住哪棟，到了門口被門衞攔住不讓進，管家也不搭理人不願意出大門接客人進去，一棟別墅衹能報備一台車開進去，其餘人大熱天就自行拖着行李進去。管家永遠衹會在收錢時候出現，其餘時間基本上打電話是不會接的。退房的時候態度也是十分惡劣。反正想找氣受，覺得家裡活膩了倒是可以過來跟各種蟲和臭水溝作伴。都是照騙！照騙！照騙！評論也是被他們以返現形式騙來的評論！拖家帶口的千萬別來！誰來誰花錢買罪受！
