He can reply to messages even at 12 o'clock in the evening. However, it was agreed that parking would be free for 3 hours, and every additional hour would be charged 3 yuan. I started parking at around 4pm and left at 12pm, a total of 8 hours. After reduction, the parking fee was 20 yuan.
