Amazing hotel

Room okay coz it’s new, location bad. Scanty entertainment facilities to enjoy. Plus the service is poor; the front desk receptionist didn’t remind me that the snacks are free of charge when I first check-in! When I realised, they just served me other incommensurate stuff which was utterly unacceptable!

The hotel has a good location, parking and driving are very convenient, the room rate is very cheap, and the stay is quite comfortable! The room is cleaned very clean, and it exudes a light aroma, which relieves your fatigue of the day. In terms of toiletries, shampoo and shower gel smell good, and the decoration of the lobby is also relatively exquisite. It is very convenient to order takeout and buy goods. You don’t need to walk too far. After buying something, the waiter will arrange a robot to deliver it. You don’t need to come down to pick it up yourself, which saves time and effort! There is a swimming pool and a riverside path downstairs, which are very suitable for walking and running. Service: As soon as I entered the lobby, several beauties greeted me, especially Xiao Chen and Manager Wang. Thank you for upgrading my room and the room hygiene for the remarks. They are all cleaned very cleanly.

The room was cool with air conditioning, the service was very attentive, the swimming pool was large, and there were always clean towels in the locker room to keep us warm. The higher rooms also had a beautiful view.

The room and the tent were deeply loved by the two children, the river view was also great, and the swimming pool downstairs was also very good. The downside is that the shower water pressure is low and the pool lounge chairs are broken, which is not up to the five-star configuration.

After staying here many times, the hotel is still willing to listen to customers' suggestions. The location is a bit remote, and the development has been relatively slow in recent years. The surrounding area is still relatively primitive. The morning tea and snacks on the 2nd floor are still OK.

The front desk lady Joey was attentive and enthusiastic. She helped us upgrade to a river view room for free. We could see the river view and the hotel's swimming pool and small garden. It was very quiet to sleep at night. The pillow was soft and comfortable. There were also free soda and snacks. The experience was good.
