The WiFi Connection is not good enough. The USB charger is not function properly and my devices cannot be charged fully.

It was a great stay other than the bathroom has a sewage smell when on. Pretty sure they will rectify it as we have already feedback to the hotel. Breakfast can be improved.

Nice location, accommodations and atmosphere. We stayed for 2 days. Although the weather is horrible, we still enjoyed our stay there. Two things are not super satisfying: one is people smoking in the room and the smell lasts. The other is the sockets for 110 volts is broken

A fantastic hotel with good location and staff. I would like to special thanks Kevin. L, the front desk agent. Thanks for his hospitality and kindliness. He is so helpful to all of our requests. What a surprise is when he knows my wife birthday during our stay, he still prepared a cake in a very last minute call. A great surprise and gift. Thanks !

Enjoyed our stay in this hotels and room cleanliness was great. Staff was helpful and friendly but the only little setback was the shopping mall beside was boring.

Very new. Great location in downtown area with large shopping mall next door

After landing in Guangzhou, I went to Shunde to look for delicious food. I didn't do any travel guides in advance, so I searched for it after I thought of it. When I checked into the hotel, the front desk learned that we were going to travel, and provided a three-day and two-night travel guide, especially a food guide, which was really thoughtful. Shunde is really a food capital. Three days is not enough to eat all the food. I will come again if I have the chance.
