I think the service is ok and the room is clean & comfortable, with good locations. It's surprise even no small refrigerator in the room and the water kettle is not clean and scared using it. The breakfast is no good, it's fine not provided, but better to have good coffee & tea provided in cafe. No staff is familiar with the hotel promotion. We have booked 10 rooms in total on Dec. 29 & Dec. 30, 2023. We have checked that there is special price for 10 rooms with $2000 coupons, seems no one is familiar on it and also the massage $158 seems no one knowing it too. We may come back again since the location is better than Aloft & Hilton even we are the memebers with free room upgrade & breakfast.

Location excellent for me, room also quite clean and comfortable. However the hotel manager really very annoying keep asking me to delete/amend my previous review! It is a fact that this is a apartment hotel not a five star hotel, my previous review actually grand them very high marks! Anyway I highly recommend their management board should face the problem and keep improving their facilities and well trained their staffs instead of grabbing high scores in this way!

The location is good, right next to Nanfeng Ancient Stove and close to Shiwan Park. There are also delicious gourmet restaurants such as Zhu Sheng Noodles nearby. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat at the Fangfang restaurant I was looking forward to because of the holiday. The room is big and the facilities in the room are good. I forgot to take photos. The balcony is huge. It was a good and satisfying stay during the Spring Festival.

Booked a two-bedroom and one-living suite, two bathrooms, one of which can be showered. The room size is small, each has a wardrobe and a small balcony. But in the living room, the two bathrooms found small cockroaches. The central air conditioning in the room is not cleaned, and the sanitary conditions need to be improved. The hotel is an apartment hotel, which does not meet the four-star standard.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, but First: I made a note when booking that I needed to change the latex pillow and a single quilt. It was already 11pm when I arrived at the hotel. I didn’t see it when I checked in. I called the front desk and they said they didn’t have it, and asked me to hang up and scan the QR code to find the housekeeper. Since I was already talking to you, shouldn’t you just handle it? There was no busy time at this time. The attitude of the front desk was very annoying. She felt that this was not a problem she should deal with! Second: There were few varieties of breakfast, and the taste was not good. There was not even basic instant coffee. A family of three checked in, and I went downstairs to have breakfast alone. The staff at the door had a bad attitude, no smile at all, and spoke as if I owed her millions. If you don’t want to do it, don’t do it. What kind of service industry is it? Because I was eating breakfast alone, I took orange juice and porridge and put them on the table. When I took the rice noodles over, the orange juice and porridge had been taken away! ! ! Can’t your restaurant staff see that you haven’t eaten or touched it? I’m speechless. There will be no next time.
