I think the service is ok and the room is clean & comfortable, with good locations. It's surprise even no small refrigerator in the room and the water kettle is not clean and scared using it. The breakfast is no good, it's fine not provided, but better to have good coffee & tea provided in cafe. No staff is familiar with the hotel promotion. We have booked 10 rooms in total on Dec. 29 & Dec. 30, 2023. We have checked that there is special price for 10 rooms with $2000 coupons, seems no one is familiar on it and also the massage $158 seems no one knowing it too. We may come back again since the location is better than Aloft & Hilton even we are the memebers with free room upgrade & breakfast.

Hygienic: The sanitation is not thorough, there is actually a pack of cigarettes under the TV, I don’t know if it was the last resident, the toilet was not cleaned, very uncomfortable Facilities: All kinds of facilities are complete, this is better, there are disposable paper cups and face towels Environment: The new power square is close to the train station, there will be the sound of train passing by, inevitably, the wall of the room is a bit worn, it should be old, others are fine Service: The service is particularly good, the front desk has been very patient and enthusiastic

The hotel is next to Sanshui North Station and is very convenient to enter and exit. Although the facilities at the lobby reception are simple, the check-in and check-out procedures of the customer service are also fast. All aspects of the room facilities are available to meet the basic accommodation needs. The quilt is slightly too thick, even if the air conditioner is turned on to the lowest temperature, the room temperature is below 20, and the quilt is too hot, and the thinner quilt should be replaced.

I booked a room on a temporary date. It's close to a friend's house. The forest park is only 8 minutes away. It's convenient for travel. Like 1. There is a shopping mall + supermarket downstairs of the hotel. The seafood wholesale market is about 100 meters away from the hotel. Like 2. The room is better than expected. A little thin, but clean and tidy. Like 3. The lady at the front desk helped to move to the 19th floor. The scenery is beautiful. Like 4. The child missed something when checking out. The lady at the front desk helped to find it and arranged for it to be delivered by SF Express to my home. Thank you very much! Like 5...Another very good experience. I will stay here again next time.

Overall their service is very good. The location is just located beside San Shui mall. After staying for two days, they give a free upgrade to an AI room. The staffs are helpful. And allow late checkout. Just a downside the sink smells like vomit, not sure if its coincident or careless clean up.
