酒店預訂宣傳的照片和實際嚴重不符。沒有浴缸。房間也不大。酒店比較老舊，網絡很差。不過位置很好。後面有小公園，這條街上有好多超市和飯店。價格也還可以吧。

Un trato humano y profesional vergonzoso, sin más. Falta de empatía en todos los sentidos a pesar de haber sufrido un accidente menos grave. En ningún caso hice alguna petición especial, no devolución, solo pedirles disculpas por nuestra parte por los inconvenientes causados, de lo disculpa ni recibí respuesta, sobre el accidente, cero comentarios.

This is a solid hotel. Good food, good service, clean bedrooms. Staff were also very friendly. We had a great 10 day stay here. It’s not a high-end hotel, but a good comfortable economic option to stay in Fraga. I enjoyed morning coffees down on the patio and watching the town wake up.

Mitten im Zentrum von Fraga. Ein älteres Gebäude, mit aber schön renovierten Zimmern. Man sieht auch in den Zimmern das Alter des Gebäudes, an den Türen usw., aber das Bad war top renoviert mit schöner Regenfalldusche usw.! Auch die Betten waren gut und es gab einen großen Fernseher mit auch deutschen Programmen. Fand das Preisleistungsverhältnis gut. Morgens habe ich im Restaurant ein Baguette gegessen mit Ei und Speck und habe guten Kaffee dazu getrunken. Insgesamt besser als erwartet.

Habitación, muy amplía .Pero debajo de las camas con pelusa y resto de no haber limpiado,la ventana está totalmente deteriodada, faltándoles pintura ,que da muy mal aspecto . Cuarto de baño , muy amplio pero la bañera la junta negra, tapa del Wáter que ponen el.previnto de higiene y la cola está pegada de hace tiempo.En cuanto a la cafetería. Muy bien y buen servicio

Hola buenas tardes acabo de venir de este hotel y lo mejor de este es su personal que es más que amable desde las camareras del bar o restaurante con mención especial a Mercé la catalana que nos hizo pasar una gran estancia cada noche con su simpatía y amabilidad que transmite hacia el cliente y Julián otro gran camarero que siempre está ahí para cuando lo necesites. GRACIAS. En general un 8.
