We stayed at Candlewood Suites in Franklin for 5 nights. I used digital check-in and our room was ready early. The hotel is located conveniently off the interstate and close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. The room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was stocked with adequate dishes and supplies for 2 people. The grounds were neat and spring flowers have been planted. Front desk staff were very helpful even before we arrived and welcomed us when we checked in. I sensed teamwork and pride in their work. Ina greeted us like family and said hello every time we came through the lobby. Brad was always smiling, and more than happy to provide fresh towels and other supplies. Jackie was professional and pleasantly answered questions. Selena paid attention to detail in taking care of the pantry area and expertly extended our stay. This was our second stay at this Candlewood Suites and we will stay here again.

Very disappointed. Room smelled like a mix of curry and cabbage so bad that when I checked out all I could smell in my car was the hotel. I’m afraid to open my suitcase at home. The fridge was dirty, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and there were enough Cheetos under to sofa to throw a party. Disgusting

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to expressway. There were several nearby local places for food and fuel. Staff was polite at check in and check out. Pet friendly, and we got a good nights sleep! We would stay here again in the future.
