We’ve stayed there before. This time I paid for two rooms with points for my family. They very reluctantly allowed my daughter to check in an hour before us but insisted on a credit card over the phone for “incidentals”. When I objected, since they had my card on file, they backed off. When we got there an hour later I called from our room to find what room my daughter had checked into. They wouldn’t tell me even though I paid for both rooms. What the hell? Next time lots of other hotels in the area.

Stayed four days. Hotel is in great location. Check in was very easy, nice front desk staff. Very clean room had well equipped kitchen. Room was nice size. Housekeeping was every other day which was not a problem for us. The only issue was bathroom has no hooks to hang towels or robes.

Worst Marriott hotel I ever stayed at. I am titanium member for life. I normally stay over 200 nights a year at Marriott hotels. This hotel didn't clean my room for 6 days. Only after complaining at the front desk di they send somebody the next day. No coffee until 5am. Breakfast room is locked up until after opening time. Always late on opening. Front desk personnel are worthless. Opened 2 cases with Marriott corporate to resolve issue and hotel still hasn't responded. Should not have the Marriott name. Never stay here. Marriott customer service called them and they did not respond. Marriott customer service in today's time is also worthless. They just waste your time making you think that there could be a resolution.

This hotel was in a quiet location (bring your walking shoes & walk around the cute neighborhood behind the hotel), extremely clean spaces, comfortable bed, hard working staff, large rooms & kitchen. Nothing to complain about. We were close to downtown Franklin & short drive to all that Nashville has to offer, but away from all the traffic and crowds. Great job, Marriott! Would stay here again!

We came for a weekend Jiu Jitsu tournament. We travel a lot so have stayed in many hotels, and weren’t expecting much. But this place completely took us by surprise! It felt like staying in a resort. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The room has a full kitchen. We grilled steaks and salmon on the outdoor patio. We used the exercise room. The staff is amazing - Justin and Swan at the front desk were so kind and helpful. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked amazing. Absolutely stay here.
