The biggest issue was in the Kitchenette the sink drain and garbage disposal didn't work. We reported it and it never was addressed during our stay. The refrigerator didn't work properly as everything we put in it barely stayed cool and the freezer didn't work at all. The room itself was nice and clean. The bathroom was very clean. We would stay again, but if we wouldn't select the Kitchenette option again.

I have nearly nothing bad to say about this hotel. Almost everything was completely good, so why am I giving it 3 stars? Every time the AC turned on it blew a mildew smell into the room and my allergies flared up really bad. It would've been perfect but unfortunately we got unlucky with the room. I hope not every room was like that. I'm willing to give the hotel another shot if we need to go to Fredericksburg again but definitely not first choice.

The bathroom was very old with a seat inside the shower area. Lots of noise from the room on top of us and the one next door as well as the hallway.

We ended up leaving. The trash can by the elevator was overflowing. There was a half eaten rotisserie chicken and a case of empty modelo bottles on the floor. Shower tub was dirty. Water was all over the floor behind the toilet. Toilet seat was chipped. Toilet tank lid was cracked. Carpet was sticky. There was a stain on the couch. However, the check in staff were nice. No complaints with them.

Great one night stay for Mother’s Day. AC in the room wasn’t great but it was just one night.
