I would call this hotel "very average" the only good thing it really has going for it is the location which is great. The hassles started when we had a flight cancelled by Virgin. Despite speaking to the manager, the hotel would not credit is for the 1 night lost (or extend our stay by one night). No negotiation. No refund. We had upgraded our room to a pool view. You can see from the photo that it is more a car park view. I can't say I have seen a bigger car park. It was that big it almost shut out the daylight. I did complain and we did get moved after 1 night to a slightly better room. I overheard a conversation from another customer who was similarly unimpressed. The hotel are being disin genuous with their advertising. It's a large conferment hotel with very basic customer service. The breakfasts are average. The rooms are tired Or room wasnt cleaned one day and when I enquired the answer was "they were too busy"!!! I summary only stay here if they're is morning else in female.

A little old.. but the location is good… will consider again

Booked for 1 night only. Room 212. Aircon (heating) not working but the nice young man staff member brought us a heater which was great. A leak in the bathroom from the ceiling which we cleaned up ourselves. The room was good but the bathroom is tired. A nice enough buffet brekky but having to pay extra for a good coffee not good. The staff were lovely but not many around.

Our whole family loves this hotel. Thus hotel is in a strategic location. Walking distance to fremantle market.

all was good, but $5 for a bottle of mineral water (labelled as still water in the mini bar) is frankly ridiculous where most hotel provide them for free.

Close to the market, room clean and of decent size. Comfortable decor. A lot of good eateries and restaurants around the place

Very bad hotel management. Room is not ready even at 3pm. Call ahead to arrange for luggage safe keeping & was told that it is acceptable..However, the front deak rejected the request when we reach there.

Old school hotel, feels bit old but it's a proper hotel and is very close to attractions such as the harbour and the Ferris wheel and playground for kids. Lots of great food options too like Duck Duck Bruce and Moore's and Moore's. Parking is available too nearby and it's a fixed rate per day so we can drive in and out as many times without worrying over charges.

Great location to enjoy Fremantle. Easy access and parking. Clean, large hotel room and great facilities within the hotel.

Great location, walking distance to key places of interest like Fremantle Market. However the amenities were rather dated, tv remote not working too well, kettle is quite used.
