2-Star Hotels in Fresno

Only thing that wasn't to my liking was there was only entrance They wanted yew to enter through instead b4 they use to have a variety of entrances accessible to the hotel it was a hassle moving my belongings from the father side of the hotel nd my room was on the 3rd floor. Nd no baggage dolly that they use to have b4 that wasn't Available either

The manager, Jorge Ponce and staff member Karina absolutely do not care about guest safety! I understand that this site isn't on par with the likes of a Marriott or Hilton, but at the very least they should care about guest safety. I was in room 207 next door to a belligerent, raging guest. He carried on screaming and banging around on already thin walls/doors. I contacted the front desk where Karina claimed she would check for the disturbance. I have no way to verify whether or not she did. She did not follow up with me, not even to check to see if I was okay. I contacted Orbitz to see if a resolution could be had. I asked to change rooms, she claimed there were none. I asked for a refund, even partially. She and the manager said they could do no such thing. Jorge Ponce, the manager gave me a bogus phone number claiming it was to their corporate office. So I found the correct number myself. I am a travel nurse in the area who was solo and asked the manager Jorge if he would leave his mother/sister/aunt/daughter in such a predicament knowing it was unsafe. HE DOES NOT CARE. Needless to say, I left that dump quickly! It was a 1 night stay that unfortunately turned to 2, where there are transient/homeless people sleeping in the stairwells, people leaving the doors intended to be secured from non-guests propped open for anyone to roam through, front desk personnel with bad attitudes and no concern for safety. Only 1 guest is allowed in the front office where you check in so if you're there in the summer you'll be stuck outside in Fresno's horrible dry heat while the front desk personnel takes their precious time, instead of being considerate of other's well being and time. If you can afford to go elsewhere, do that. Don't let the pics fool you, they're cheap for a reason. THEY DON'T CARE.

Because it is a place to rest, overall it is OK, the toilet flushing toilet is not very smooth, the bed is a bit small

Yes, coffee and fruit are always available at the front desk, the front desk service is very good, the rooms are all very good, good, clean and comfortable, in short, cost-effective, in the US emperor for a month, the price of this hotel is really good

It's new facility and room are modem design, except road vehicle noise can hear a few times that is perfect stay. Location is good, you can walk to Target nearby.

Belonging to a motel, the room is quite big, the bed is big, clean and tidy, stayed for one night, had breakfast, not bad, the check-out procedure is relatively simple, just give the room card directly.

This hotel has construction, and we were only told upon check-in to expect an 'inconvenience.' The noise beginning early in the morning on Monday, the second night of our stay, was absolutely unbearable, and ruined our morning on the day of preparation for a relatives funeral. Literally sounded like a jackhammer on the wall outside our room. They’re doing stonework. There's dust flying everywhere. There's loose plaster on the carpet in the elevators and the hallways. Construction workers come and go in the elevators alongside customers with all their equipment and mess and noise. There's an operating cherrypicker in the registration area of the parking lot with no safety cones. You walk out the East guest door on the first floor into a total hardhat situation with people doing stonework on ladders overhead, construction material blocking the exit, and the door is usually propped open all day. I politely told the front desk that we unfortunately needed to check out 2 days early due to the noise, and requested a late checkout to 3pm because we had appointments at the church, and funeral home, and hadn't planned to have to change hotels today. Note that I'm a platinum member, and didn't expect this to be an issue whatsoever given the unusual circumstances. I was denied, and asked for the manager, who promptly flatly denied my request with literally the rudest most uncaring expression and flat tone possible. I reinstated my request and attempted to explain my situation, and the manager admitted that the hotel was not booked (obviously because my room was already spoken for for 2 more nights), but still, she flatly denied me. She finally told me it was because the hotel could experience 'loss of revenue.' So I'm here to tell you that if revenue is more important than customer experience or showing compassion to a customer you placed in a difficult situation, I will no longer be staying at La Quinta. I'll certainly never step foot in this one again, in a town I visit every month. And I’ll be demanding a full refund from La Quinta Platinum Customer Service, let’s see where that gets me. I also recommend anyone else over the next few months seriously reconsider. I don't care about your loss of revenue. Close this place, finish it up, and reopen. With a new manager. There are several really nice hotels with similar rates in the immediate area.

A neat hotel located in Fresno, the gateway city to Yosemite National Park. The breakfast was good in a comfortable room condition, and I was especially surprised at the neatness of each spoon, knife, and fork individually wrapped with care. If you are visiting Yosemite National Park with your family, this is a great place to stay.

It was kinda on far side of Fresno but it surprisingly very clean the rooms were big . The beds were comfortable it was quiet it was a very pleasant stay .only complaint is I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast being served u got a bag with a water a granola bar and a muffin wish these places would start serving breakfast again but overall a nice stay it was kinda in a not to great area but have stayed in way worse areas in Fresno

I used it well. The surrounding scenery is good and the location is also close to Prezno International Airport.It is a good place for family travel. Breakfast and facilities are also good. Still, I have a doctor to use it next time.
