There was a strong mildew smell. I had to get another hotel due to the lack of maintenance or cleanliness.

drove 8 hour's clerk said i was too early to check in 215pm vs 300pm, i was welcome to pay extra for early check in, he finally relented and let us have room, room was dirty and run down, water in sink wouldn't shut off. coffee maker hadn't been cleaned this year, plenty of plugs for charging one of them actually worked. breakfast was joke, no eggs or meat just stale muffins and waffle that could barely be removed from griddle avoid this place

The place smelled like a damp basement, the free breakfast was a joke, and when we returned to the hotel after our night out there were cops in the lobby for a domestic call.

Our TV did not work. The hotel was very worn down, definitely not worth the $200/night I paid. We paid less and stayed at a Hilton the night before.

This place was dirty. The shower curtain had what looked like doo doo stains on it, the bathroom floor was sticky and was filthy around the edges, the microwave was still dirty, it was just dirty as can be. We areived around 7, had to drop our stuff and run to a get together and did not get back yntil around 10pm. I didnt get a chance to inspect until the nextmorning and i was appalled. Alot was also broken. The light over the sink did not work, the sink itself was leeking and would not shut off the shower handle was loose which made us unable to turn it to hot, the minu fridge wasnt working. Just terrible.

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean hotel and polite staff. The kids enjoyed the pool and Texas Roadhouse right next door.

average place to stay and you get what you pay for. Was very close to Historic St. charles main street and centrally located to anything you really wanted to do. Back entry way kept unlocked so anyone could just slip in. Could use upgrading to facilities . Was there for a concert. Not horrible but not great and again was located close to everything being the only plus.
